I like it. The wings are fine for me, and I like the blue on the arms and front of the cycle. Definitely grabbing this when I see it in stores. I'm trying to get the FE Arcee as well, but waiting for that one won't be too bad if I can get this first.

And I like the pink on her in the show. It's a nice throwback to the original Arcee's color, and other pink heroes.

    I'm geting it too!:thumb

Well I like the fact that in Prime she still has pink in her just some bits of aspects of it on her face and wrist while her main color being blue. So it's not really absent. I like blue on Arcee better but it's still nice that she has some pink nontheless.

I'm amazed they got her to be roughly the same size vehicle mode and yet smaller in robot mode. That said, I kind of prefer the FE edition's head. This one looks, I dunno, too cheery/cute to be Prime Arcee, especially with big bright blue eyes. :p  I suppose Hasbro might come out with a better figure down the line, but for now, I'm stickin with my FE Arcee.

Can anyone post a pic of RID Optimus holding Arcee's gun?

I don't have the human figures and I'm speaking relatively, no need to jerk out the tape measure. :lol  I do have the FE Arcee plus the other FE's and she's too big compared to the other figures. This one looks a lot better in the height area and fits in better where she's not taller than Bumblebee now.

Arcee notes: ( largely in comparison to the FE version)

. Substantially shorter than the FE, about the same head-height as RiD Bumblebee. Seems to have more appealing proportions in robot mode than FE, at least on the front side. The back kibble is larger proportionally (and debatably uglier) than FE, but it doesn't get in the way of arm movement the same way.

. Articulation is comparable between the two, with FE having a slight edge with the double-elbows & neck. The wrists are differently jointed, with each having their own advantages. FE has a better range of motion in the neck/head, and is thus better at looking upward.

. It's not perfect, but I prefer the face on the RID toy as more accurate and with much less of the Transmutate-esque creepiness. It even has the little red forehead-thingy painted.

. The blue color of RID Arcee is lighter and less indigo-ish than FE. I find I prefer the FE color, but it's something I don't really care about outside of a side-by-side comparison.

. The large blade and gun are comically big, though there is a certain entertainment value in that.

Overall: From a semi-objective sense, it's about a tie between the two, with personal priorities filling the gaps. I'll give a tiny edge to RID Arcee, for the nicer size, accuracy, looks, and probably being easier to come by given enough time.

No I was just saying because you mention her not being much bigger then Jack. Even in the show he comes up to around her knee. So that is still "bigger".

I get what you mean about this figure being smaller. But it is still nowhere near in size with the rest. It's just remotely smaller. She should only come up to Primes knee or so too. That would be more in size.

Not that I care so much about that. I'm just pointing the size issues out.

I do not personally care if my figures are in size to each other or not.

Funny that huh? They can paint the red in the crest yet can't paint the actual crest or actual highlights pink? :wtf:

ROTF knockout had a wheel hanging off his back, and like that toy I don't mind it here.

As for the wings, I don't mind them either. (The blue really stands out as well)

I'd like to see a pic of the RID Arcee with the Japan FE Arcee, to compare their shades of blue.

    Not really.

RID wins by simple virtue of looking like Arcee and not just a rough approximation of her design.

Yeah me too. I have been searching for a photo of Hasbro and Takara FE Arcee side by side but haven't had any luck so far.

I don't see much difference between the 2 other that having different colors and a different transformation... Both are clearly Prime Arcee.

They're the same figure - the FE line was never intended for an American release.
Plus, if you check Alfes' blog, you'll see the figure looks the exact same...
