I think you're just being overly concerned that's all. Relax, don't be so paranoid & just enjoy the fig.

The more you think of the negative, sooner or later it might just come true. My two cents.

I got confused at first when I took out the head cause it was on the joint.. It's just not snapped on.. This is very important information, soo many people don't know about this.. The one flaw about this figure can be fixed!

Depends on what you can get it for. I got mine for about $50 after shipping and I think it was totally worth it. Granted most of my collecting habits involve imported Japanese toys, so I have a rather high tolerance for steep prices. If you like what you see and hear about the toy, and if you find a price that you're not going to hate yourself for, I'm sure you'll be happy.

The Takara versions is absolutely beautiful. Between the darker colors and metallic plastic, he makes my Henkei Prime look cheap!

If I didn't already have one, I'd probably shell out the $100 or so it's going for on the 'bay.

I like the Hasbro version more than Takara. The darker colors seem less show accurate. The frames around his faux chest windows aren't that dark in the show. Now my FE Takara Bulky should be shipped today and I will be over the FE Fiasco! Only want the deluxe Megatron but I can live

Got him in the mail today. Top 5 prime of all time. Easily. I figured his transformation without instructions. Nice imposing and posable. Can't wait for megs so they square off!!!

Got this figure today, all the way from Taiwan (because that's the only reasonable way to get this toy, sadly :(  ). It's a damn shame, nay, a crime, that there isn't an easy way to get this toy, because damn if it isn't one of the best primes I've had the pleasure of owning in recent history. His transformation takes a lot of cues from Recent movie line Optimi in terms of relative complexity - but manages to avoid all the pitfalls of confounding transformations and fragility to make a figure that's amazingly solid in both modes and looks great to boot. I truly hope that Hasbro finds a way to release this figure at mass retail in the US because it's worth owning, for sure.

They should have called it Final Universe Optimus Prime, so we'd call it FU Prime, as it's release was a nice FU to many.

I paid $70 for this figure and do not regret it one bit. It just looks and feels like a premium item. The level of detail and paint apps had me checking the box to make sure I didn't get a Takara Prime instead. Everything's tight, the transformation's innovative and it looks really cool on my shelf.

After getting my ebay purchased one, hype = totally justified. It's one of the best Primes ever.

Agreed. Every time I look at this toy (which due to it being on my desk is pretty often), I feel completely justified in the money I spend on my hobbies.

Me too. IF they do re-release him I'm betting he'll have the "mouth" head, makes sense kinda and keeps F.E exclusive or truly a F.E. mold.

    >that feel when you spend 30mins trying to get the front of the truck tabbed properly when all I had to do was move the wrists

Also, I put the head on the balljoint properly like some people suggested. Man, does it improve his neck articulation a lot.

    ^I know that feel bro.
Yeah the head fix does make it better. Mine just slid right in to place with hardly any effort and he came to life then. Dude wanted my face, my face. :lol

the more i look at it the less he resembles prime prime. but as a prime, he is super cool.
