    Very nice, thank you.

I was actually wondering about this, but wasn't sure there was enough plastic to do it with. Apparently there is!!!

I'm past halfway building him now and I can't believe this thing. This is exactly what I've wanted since the first movie!

They better make more of these.

I may have to buy an airbrush (eventually) just so I can paint him and do the soft yellow taper under the flames. I can't get spray paint to make a small enough transition. I bought the paints to do BB last night!!!

How is the switching of the hands working for you guys? I'm scared to try to remove the hand out of the socket after seeing Peaugh's video.

Anybody know where the cheapest place to buy this from is? I was kinda hoping not to have to spend $120 on it...

AmiAmi is your best bet for a good price. But they're currently sold out. There's always a hope that they restock in the future though.

Please don't be scared to pay what they want. this piece is a work of art.

I'd love to see a Dark of the moon Megatron done up in this way.

Man that EMS shipping is no joke  . They shipped mine out on Friday evening (Saturday there) and it got through customs in Chicago yesterday

The model looks great and all.. Its very CGI accurate... But its clearly fragile judging by how Peaugh broke a peg in his video review.. I fear I might break even more parts if I fix or handle it.... Tempted, but I think I'll skip this and just get the revoltech Prime which is not as fragile but just as articulated and its cheaper too...hmmm....

Revoltech Prime is still...A Toy Action Figure.

this Prime is a poseable Model Kit. :p

Model Kits "ARE NOT" Toys(most of the time), They are Models...Display Pieces...Keepsakes.

...And for the most part, are not meant to be fiddled with unless you're wearing kiddie gloves :D

(sorry, just really had to reiterate that) I too (aside from getting this one) plan on getting the Revoltech version. :)

Crap, this thing's out of stock everywhere I go. I'm tempted to go for the Hooks version they have on BBTS, but that's an extra $50 over the original just for some hooks...

    hi!

is anyone having issues with snapping the front windshield into the red chest? my right windshield pops in without any issues, but the left one keeps popping out - feels like the clear windshield is slightly larger than the red chest's cutout.

    thanks!

you could try to apply a couple tiny drops of superglue in the grooves of the chest piece (let it dry before putting the window back in), it should thicken it up a bit so the window can then fit without popping out.

but on something that expensive be very careful.

I had the exact same problem with the left clear windshield piece. What I did was carefully trim the edges until I got it to pop in place. If you try this, be very careful and test-fit it into place as you trim the piece.
