Pretty harsh review for such a great looking figure. As for height, Scourge has always been shorter than Cyclonus. No big deal there.

Any chance of getting a comparison shot with Thunderwing? I think that will give a good sense of just how vertically challenged the Tracker really is. Still looks like a very faithfull representation of one of my most favorite characters and I can't wait to pick up four of these guys.

I think the question isn't if you should get it.... but how much. At least for me.

There is a United Fracas. But it is a PCC Mini-Con that is extremely hard to get if you don't live in Japan.

Last but not least check out the wings, many an early picture showed some horrendous transformations for this part making people think it was a backpack / kibble feast, the good news that it has a neat transformation where they can fold in on themselves then pivot down on a hinge to form his G1 style wings, there is no need to unfold the storage lids to do this.

I would still love to see the robot mode with the wings fully open like that, if you can.

Looks like he has RTS Tracks-esque stubbiness.

What is it with the deluxes who are not physically well proportioned height wise? It's like they have travelocity Gnome-like dwarf-ism.

Too bad about the height, but that wing transformation has me sold. More so than I already was. I want to grab up three of this guy for sweeps, and have the titanium be scourge himself. I don't want to chance that hasbro makes some random repaint character out of this instead of a sweep repaint.

I guess I don't understand all the gripe about his height. Cyclonus was always tall in the cartoon. Heck, he's one of the biggest (if not the biggest) Deluxe we have had. Scourge shouldn't be towering over him or Galvatron.

1. Did that guy really quote himself in his own signature? *rolls eyes*
2. He doesn't need Fracas. He was just an extra added later, it's not an essential part of Scourge's character.
3. Sweep repaints would be dumb because they'd really have to change the colors on them to be able to sell the figure again and Sweeps that don't look like Scourge are not Sweeps. See the fail that is the Botcon Sweeps. I'm going to buy 3 Hasbro Scourges to add to my United Scourge.
