Did anybody's pre-applied stickers start peeling as soon as you got it like mine did?

The red stickers on headstrong's shoulders are peeling on mine, but it's like a red film over the top that's peeling... Any ideas on how to fix it? I like these more than Reprolabels.

    Predaking

Predaking is pretty freaking awesome. A great G1 combiner, arguably the best. Though Computron was also very cool, as was Devastator.

    I don't have the 2010 version(which looks nice!)

But...in the 2004 set, my Divebomb had 2 left hands. Or right hands, can't remember. Still have my vintage Divebomb and I've considered a hand swap, but I still haven't made myself do it.

I'd say go for it. $165 at tfsource vs. $174 at bbts. Predaking makes an awesome display piece! Best investment ever in my opinion.

Well, my original Headstrong and Tantrum, each, came with two handguns. However, I can not say for the re-issues, since I don't own any.

I was sure they all had two guns, but honestly I never used them since he has always been displayed as Predaking. I think Tantrum might be the only one that has a single gun.

It depends on what you collect dude. If you like G1 toys, then yes get one. He pretty much has no poseability but he looks really menacing. He is also the largest G1 combiner.

They've all got two guns except for Razorclaw, who has his big cannon.

I got this for myself from BBTS. Tantrum's head broke right off as soon as I tried to transform it! Gah! I never had this issue with him.

Good thing you got it from BBTS, then. They'll take care of you pain-free.

I had my set MISB for years. And two weeks ago I wanted to have a look at them, and to my amazement I too found that Tantrum was in there with a broken head !

Luckily I got a G.1 Tantrum of ebay for just $0.99 for fixing up my 2010 reissue figure. I swapped the main body and the arms an leg plates from the G.1 Tantrum and all the other limbs are from the 2010 reissue. I think the darker grey plastic from the original G.1 along with the main body with the yellow stripe (not gold) looks quite good.

The problem is that the head connector piece on the reissue is too tight and doesn't fit into the plastics edge. The body plastic on the 2010 reissue is just a 1mm thicker overall when I compare it to the original G.1, making the connector piece snap with little or no warning at all.

Original G.1 Tantrum arms, main body, rear leg panels - all the rest is 2010 reissue parts (animal legs, head, chest plate, body metal parts)

I just got a Predaking, and I can't get him to stand up (keeps wanting to fall over backwards). Is this a common problem, or am I doing something wrong? I'm sorry if this has already been discussed.......I just don't have time to go through 20 pages of posts.

Maybe I can help you out. First of all, make sure that Razorclaw's legs are rotated the right way. Make sure that the leg connectors are facing outwards. Also, you can spread apart Razorclaw's legs just enough to connect Tantrum and Headstrong (just be careful doing so, or end up with a broken tf). Don't follow the instructions, make Headstrong the right leg, and Tantrum the left leg, Predaking is more stable that way. When completely formed, you can straighten out Pk before the wings are connected to the back, and it'll almost stand upright, there will still be a slight lean forward because of the arms as well. Hope that helps.

Photos look amazing. I been in search of one. I hope the old stock I'm buying doesn't have the problems with tantrums broken head or the tight joints? Was this a problem with early releases?
