Animated Wingblade Optimus Prime

Not really all that much to say about him. It's the voyager Optimus mold, but clear. The only parts that aren't molded out of a clear plastic on the main figure are gears and a few joint pieces. Part of the body that was molded in black on the original and painted over red is now painted a solid red.

I'll also get it out of the way right now since you'll see him in this post, my US voyager prime is missing the yellow headlight paint applications. Yes, it sucks.

The armor looks pretty damn nice on the clear prime, but that hammer it comes with looks terrible. There's two slots in the hands for the tabs on the Magnus Hammers. The small one tabs in one, and the large one from Ultra Magnus tabs in the other.

Put on the US voyager prime, and given the proper Magnus Hammer, it looks really good. the shiny armor parts don't clash with the matte plastic as much as you would think they would. The Magnus Hammer is too heavy for him to hold up, unfortunately.

What about the deluxe prime? the armor is supposed to go on him too, right?

(ah, camera focus, you suck. I retook this photo so many times, and it always turned out bad. time for new camera)

The arm parts go on fine, they use standard sized pegs. The backpack? I'm sorry to say that it's just balancing on him there. I can't figure out how it would connect, and I think that they would have had to do some remolding on him in order to get it on.

I like him. Cheapest clear optimus I've managed to get my hands on, and it added something cool to my Animated display.
I'm selling things!

Nice review, imao that armor looks too big on deluxe prime.

Kudos on your patience. I can't wait 3 months. (Or longer, if Protector is delayed further like most FP products.) Hell, I can barely wait the few more days until Hothead or Unicron should be in stock.
