Not sure it was mentioned yet, but his "raptor claw" toe is an auto-morph feature. As you swing the foot around during transformation it pops up. Pretty cool.

Easily my favorite HA so far, but Bumblebee is holding a very close second. My only complaints are the unusual leg joints where they connect to the hips and that he has no optional left hand, just the spinning blade. You can kinda angle some of his blade teeth to look like fingers when its un-deployed and "pretend" its a hand, but its a stretch. Hopefully someone will come out with a clip on hand or something. With that he would be perfect!

Picked Barricade up today. I was actually surprised to find him. I really like the figure. The only thing that really bugs me about him is his hips. Like a lot have stated, it kind of henders rotation. Sad too, because if they had given him a more conventional set-up, this figure would almost be perfect.

I was thinking...maybe shaving the little notch on the grey hip hinge might make it so his hips could rotate farther up, and his legs might rotate back and forth better.

Man, he's looking great. I can see this turning out to be my favorite HA to date. Hope I find him tomorrow.

Awesome pics! (But poor Silverstreak. :( )

My First HA,and I'm Quite impressed. Every deficiency of the deluxe figure has been addressed, and vastly improved upon.

Got mine this morning and thought of the same thing to mod his legs! It worked perfectly and now his legs can rotate front to back just like HA BB's!

Found this guy today, freaking awesome transformation. And the "brown" totally isnt brown in person, just a dark gray.

I really have to say that Barricade and Bumblebee are the pick of the litter for the HA series. I picked up a Sideswipe, and he was kinda under whelming compared to the deluxe version.

Found him tonight. Fantastic figure. The grey/brown comes across really brown in most pictures, but in person it isnt bad at all. I was a little worried about the chest looking too much like the deluxe (which I did not like), but the parts of the bumper that move give him just enough extra to make him look a lot less square. My only question is weather the mouth is suppost to be spring loaded, or if it is suppost to just flop around? Cause mine just flops around. My only minor complaint is both of the hands. I would have liked two (but the spinner isnt terrible), and would have liked the other one designed a little better, but he is definately a worthwhile figure.

Mine just flops around too, pretty sure it's normal.

Very nice compact and sleek vehicle mode, probably one of my favorites.

The 'brown' plastic as others have stated is actually a dark grey in-hand. I also agree with everyone else when they say that another hand would be preferred but, the spinning saw isn't too terribly bad.

Overall, a great figure! Don't pass him up if you happen to find him!

man that block of car back behind his knees is really annoying, makes it so you basically have to have his legs pretty much straigt unless you turn them backwards..

I did a quick mod to his hips too - it really does help him stand in a much more natural way. All you need to do is clip or shave off those two ridges that keep his hips from bending all the way in, there is solid plastic behind them so nothing is affected structurally or in transformation.

I really like HA Barry - lots of neat features including the chest guns that can deploy in car mode (that's a first for HA figures, having a weapon in car mode), the multiple interaction spots with Frenzy - I like him best perched on his shoulders like a Master/Blaster arrangement. The right hand is somewhat functional since the finger chunk, thumb and wrist all move, and the back window also helps keep things in his hand. I gave him a police-styled handgun to complete the look.

Here's how he looks once you do the hip mod:

I just picked up this fine piece of plasic crack today. I have to agree with the common consensus. Human Alliance Barricade is a welcom and well designed addition to the line. The brown-ish/gray plastic is annoying but over lookable, accept for the grill, witch I painted to match the car. I would also liked to have had a hand in place of the mace gimmick but hey....can't have everything. Over all I give him an 8 out of 10.

Edit: I've had him for many hours now and I have not yet been able to bring myself to transform him yet.....The vehicle mode is just to damn awsome !!!

Hmmm... Interesting. Not a huge HA fan, but this guy gets better every time I see more pics.

Just found mine today, and he is easily my favorite HA!

Everyone seems to be right about the plastic color, its definitely a dark gray than a brown.

All the interaction points with Frenzy is nice, I didn't even know Barricade had the chest guns until I looked at the instructions.

As with sideswipe, Barricade's car mode is a thing of detailed beauty. I can't recommend him enough if you dig the HA line, or barricade himself.

I do believe that due to HA Barricade, I might finally get myself a HA Bumblebee. These two seems to play each other off nicely.

just got barricade today, not even sure why, I wasn't interested, but he was there and I was weak lol. Actually really like him. Of course I had to do the leg mod, because his original leg articulation was abysmal and almost ruined his design, but fixing that he is really awesome.

Those two gray chunks of plastic on both legs at the waist need to be cut off so the leg can have more articulation.

I myself haven't done the mod and don't plan to.
