Problem with Aerialbot Appendage set...

    I wasn't sure where to post this, blah blah blah....

    I got the appendage set (original gray) for Christmas, and the little instruction picture shows that the radar dish/ankle pieces are supposed to have tabs and slots to lock together around Superion's feet, but all four pieces have tabs...therefore, they don't lock. Anyone else had this problem? I emailed FansProject about it back on the 18th (we did Christmas early), but I have gotten no response. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming that's because they are on vacation for the holidays, but if I don't hear anything by next week, I'll be disappointed. My other thought was to email BBTS, but I didn't think they could - or should - do anything about it.

    Thoughts?

    have you tried searching on youtube. a lot of people post feedback videos. you'll get a better idea

    there SHOULD be 2 with tabs and 2 with slots...if not, id make sure FP contacts you, and when they do, they can hopefully help ya

    I think you should email BBTS. They shipped it to you and they probably have some kind of deal with FP to deal with this kind of thing. From my point of view FP is a fan group who wouldn't know you from the guy next door and BBTS is a business that can be heald accountable and has a record that you bought the item from them.

    I'm not saying it's BBTS's fault but they probably have a way to deal with the matter
