I think it'd be neat to have as a novelty, but still, never in a million years does it make for an acceptable Strafe. Cyclonus' body is just too distinctive. I don't know how desirable it'd be but I wish they could've tried something else more relevant to the mold, like a Killing Jar Cyclonus.
