He's great, reasonable quality, but too flimsy for young kids. A mate of mine wanted one for a friend's kid, but I advised against it. Superb fun for us 'grown-ups' though Quote:

GhenZao's a member here, looks like his site's out of them, but it would be worth shooting him a PM. Quote:

#15 | | Autobot Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 64 | I got one of these this week thanks to KOToys.com - I figured I would never find one on my own, and I had to have one since it's one of the weirdest transforming robots ever. It's a good toy, especially for a KO. There's electronics in the red train, when you press a tiny button on the underside in the front it makes some very loud, long and annoying train sounds.
As it's been mentioned, the three trains don't transform on their own, they just all combine to the big guy, but it's a competent Brave-style toy and there is certainly plenty of material for customization.
The connections are standard peg-becomes-joint design, and the hip joints are pretty shoddy in general, but it all holds together well, and there's good detailing including fun Thomas stickers.
I was planning to give this to my 4 year old nephew since he's crazy about Thomas, but it is probably too flimsy to give to him now, especially with his 1 year old sister around. So it goes with the TF oddities I own including KO Optimouse Prime (also from KOToys), the sheep version of Mickey (just plain weird!), Titanic-Bot, the Lunchbots, etc.
KOToys has a bunch of Thomas designs. Who knew there were that many train robots to knock off?

For me he's the center piece of my miscellaneous transformers, and he looks better without the badly applied stickers |
