Hooray! Despite the suck of Arcee, my day is redeemed by the arrival of the Ice Cream Twins!
Alt mode is a cute little Ice Cream Truck:
It's a fairly regular sized deluxe in alt mode:
A very neat little vehicle, worth the price of admission alone. The front bumpers, which become Skids' shoulders, say "Made Fresh For You!," which fits, since MC Paddington wishes to remind you that each and every one of his dope rhymes are, indeed, made fresh just for you!
Transformation involves splitting the car in half:
You can see bits of the individual bots inside, Skids is the front, Mudflap is the back:
Skids is fairly simple, basically folding the legs down and rotating the waist, extending his arms, Rotating the back piece so the hood is hidden (a step we haven't seen before in pics), flipping the bumper up againt the hood, and then pushing in on the bottom of the grille. This pops his head up on a spring. Then just push the little white latch on top of the grille down so it isn't blocking his face and you have Skids!
Mudflap is a little more complex, there's a lot of panels that fold around each other and around the main robot body, but it's nothing too difficult to figure out. At the end of all that, you get a tiny Mudflap!
The individual bots are roughly scout sized. Skids is about the same size as a normal scout, Mudflap just a little bigger due to the kibble:
Overall a VERY nice set, and a great way of getting the twins together in one pack for the budget conscious.

I highly recommend these two, very neat and unique!
UPDATE! Found a fix for the one minor issue I mentioned in the video review. The tabs that hold the roof on the Mudflap's back. The larger one is actually the same tab that holds the ice cream decoration onto the roof, and it wasn't pushed all the way through. Pushing the ice cream down so the bottom sits flush against the roof extends the tab on the inside, which then pegs solidly into Mudflap's back. It can still be removed with a little force, but make the transformation a lot easier and much more stable.
