Well I got him from Tfctoy yet again.
He is MUCH better in the color scheme than the first movie one.  
Here he is next to rotf cannon bumblebee 
He has many Beast Wars homages like some of these cyber-glifs and the 916-96. the 916-96 is 9/16/96 and is the day beast wars first aired.   
He has a SMALL golden decepticon logo near the tail 
Robot Mode Still Sucks! 
The Black color scheme makes it a whole hell of a lot better. He also has some cyber-glifs on his head. 
Here he is next to Soundwave. He is shorter. 
He is a little taller than the Motorola Adventure... 
Well even if you got the original one go ahead and get this one.
