Mentally - Still In Disney World Collection Count: 150 plus some sweet ROTF RPM's | ROTF Voyager Demolishor I searched every way I know, and I couldn't find a photo review. So I decided to try my hand at it. Demolishor is a Constructicon that forms Devastator. I thought he would be alot bigger, I guess I overestimated his size from Peaugh's video. He is still a decent size though.
His alt mode is pretty cool. I live in Western Pa and we have alot of strip mines and such so I'm a steam shovel fan. His alt mode looks pretty lifelike. I don't know if he is supposed to represent a particular model, but he is cool none the less. The Shovel works, and there are gears that spin inside it, which is a cool feature. The treads don't turn but that is kind of a bummer, but other than that he is pretty solid.
And here he is compared to Walmart movie exclusive Grindcore.
His transformation is too "stressful" for me to explain. But after a couple times, I'll probably become a pro.
His robot mode is different to say the least. The Shovel splits apart to become his arms. and his treads become wheels. His wheels turn, just not as freely as a hot wheels car. But that's actually cool because then you can display him in robot mode without him wanting to roll. His head looks huge relative to his body and I like it.
And here he is compared to Soundwave.
All in all, I give him a 8 out of 10. Although there really isn't anything they can do better, as his is really cool. I am just not entirely a fan of his robot mode, although I do like it. It's just different. newest additions...Kickback and the gang My Collection Thread here Check out my Flickr Transformers photostream here. |

Regardless thanks for the review. The wheels don't move in robot mode? Really? That's disappointing! Quote:
