Red flags shot up at break-neck speeds when I saw "lazy." That is such a cheap fallback term. The rest was really funny, though. But seriously, more "Inferno needs a ladder!" stuff? The actual truck he's supposed to be doesn't HAVE a ladder!
Oooh come on, a huge chunk of Octane's altmode detaches and becomes a 'shield claw' thing. That's lazy! Compare that to Astrotrain who doesn't have detachable bits. Just like the Beast Wars 'tail whips' or how Bantor's /back legs/ became a 'gun'.
Tail whips I completely agree with, I liked it when tails either became rifles, flowered into sword/spinning death thing hybrid or just became part of the robot, but just the use of the word just urks me unyielding. Especially when with Octane it looks like they had the claw thing almost worked out from.
