Possibly the closest thing we've gotten to Hearts of Steel. Wish there were more like him.

Ransack is a tiny god. I love the scout class when it's done right, and we clearly need more antique vehicle modes.

I kind of picture Ransack like The Terror on the Tick cartoon: ancient, crochety and arthritic, but still smart and evil.

You can raise the engine/head up a little in biplane mode so he can watch where he's going.

I am really impressed by this little guy, and now I am tempted to paint him red and hunt up an extra wing/weapon to make him a proper Fokker Triplane, paint iron crosses on his wings and doctor his head up a bit with a spike helmet to make a TF Red Baron.

You know, The Terror was exactly the character archetype I was thinking of after I read his bio.

Personally, I'm waiting to see what the inevitable repaint looks like, we may get a nice Red Baron out of it.

I love the fact that Hasbro went out of their way to put into the instructions a "battle mode" for him.

The only downside is that his arms fall off every waking second. A little superglue dried on the ball joints to stiffen them helped with that though.

You managed to get me to dig out his instructions, which I hadn't bothered to glance at until now. Haha, that battle mode looks a bit like a fanmode, doesn't it? Still, it's a nice touch on Hasbro's part.

Now I have yet another spindly badass with a wing-cloak. He looks like Animated Swoop's crotchety old grand-dad. And he kicks ass. He's surprisingly poseable considering his seemingly limited knee and elbow joints, and he's convincing in both modes. A very pleasant purchase.
