Bzzzzz Waspinator get new toy! Waspinator hopefully not get slagged in Animated?!
Here is my pictoral review of Deluxe Class Animated Waspinator.
This little guy is great. Lot of neat little details with translucent purple on the wings, arms, legs, wasp head and robot head.
Alt mode, Wasp:
Looks great as a wasp in this mode compared to the old
BW Waspinator that more or less layed there, here the new animated Waspinator sits more like a wasp would. He also looks great if you make him in a flight mode because you can have the appendages hang to be more insect like.
Has some very nice articulation in the arms and legs. His arms can rotate 360 at the ball joint and 360 as well at the shoulder. His legs can rotate 360 at the ball joint and the leg piece rotates 360 thats connected to the ball joint piece. Legs move back and forth at the need with lots of movement back and forth. Feet move up and down only and are large for some great balance and poses. Head spins 360 but limited as far as looking up. The stinger is hollow with a thicker plastic.
Now I am sure some people are wondering if you can make him have 4 arms like General Grievous (sorry if spelled wrong), you sort of can if you take the arms and separate them like you would for alt mode, but reverse them, move the 2 parts past each other so the arm pieces have now switched place, this allows for more movement and posing.

Over all great figure and easily a favorite of mine. I can not wait to see what type of character he is in the series.
