He has holes in his hands that would probably hold some little GI Joe swords ,and rectangle holes on his outer wrists that one could probably stick a little modded cannon.

A G1-ish Megatron without an arm cannon just does'nt feel right.

He has some major back kibble, but he stands just fine

Don't look at my stuff!! Which is

Just cracked my Activators Megs and Grimlock open.

Megs is awesome. He fits in perfectly with the collection of Activators I have setup on my desk. Articulation in bot-mode is really good and I've had no trouble getting him to stand up straight. Just lock his knees and he will stay put. Look REALLY mean for such a small figure, and his knees don't buckly in toward each other like the stupid Leader figure's. I think I like this figure more.

No arm cannon = baaaaad. The little nose gun even looks pretty cool. It may have looked too small on his arm had it been detachable. Not to mention a choking hazard. Still, they could have made it a bit bigger anyways.

Chopter alt-mode (yes Chopter) looks pretty good. At first I thought mine was broken, and then I realized the tops of his shoulders needed to be rotated so his torso could fold up better. Once that was figured out the alt-mode looks a lot better. Still a tad bulky, but good enough. Pretty much exactly what you would expect from this line, now that a good precedent has been established with previous figures.

Is he supposed to actually "click" into position for vehicle mode?

I just picked one up yesterday and he doesn't seem to lock into place unless I manually push the trigger forward to hold the autotransformation tab in place. This seems like a pretty sizable change of pace from the other two activators I have (Ratchet and Starscream).

The only activator I'll ever get is Starscream and the seekers.

And I got Screamer free with my Leader Megs.

It took me fifteen minutes of frustration to figure this out. Seems the spring that's supposed to push the trigger forward isn't strong enough. Though yeah, it will almost stay put without the trigger if you tab the legs into the tail section.

He kinda clicks into place for me, it's just not a very loud click.

Stuff I want. Stuff to trade/sell (Updated 10/11/2009). My feedback.
