Ravage: eject! Operation: snuggle time.
Got Hound and Ravage tonight. oh man oh man. SO awesome. Hound may be the bot of the year in my opinion. Just sooooo perfect. And Ravage is worth $10 by himself. We live in truly amazing times. |

He isn't as 'clean' a tape as his original, but he gets points for being 3D. If he could strike a menacing pose, I''d like him a lot more, but he seems only capable of ok, if slightly awkward stances.
Hound on the other hand is only brought down by the sketchy shoulder mounting of his weapon. Jeep is swanky, transformation is satisfying, and he comes out looking great w/ good mobility. I was looking forward to this release and he didn't disappoint which, in my experience, means a pretty good figure. |

As you can see, Universe Ravage does fit in an original G1 Soundwave. However, it is a TIGHT fit. When I pressed the eject button to get Ravage out, I had to pry open Soundwave's door with my fingers. It's such a tight fit that I don't think I will put Universe Ravage back in him again - I just don't want to break my Soundwave figure (it's one of the few Transformers from my childhood that still remain).
I just thought some people out there might be interested in pics w/ a G1 Soundwave rather than the re-issue. Sorry about the lighting. I'm no professional that's for sure.

Hound on the other hand is amazing! I also found a way for him to have turning wheels in vehicle mode! I'll post pics later once i get my camera.

He IS a must have. Awesome transformation and the added bonus of ravage is great as well. He's just a really good looking transformer |

The joints are all there already for it to work. The wheels are already on a hinge, so I experimented and found out that mine turn while in vehicle mode. I'll post pcs in a bit. I took them with my blackberry and need to upload them.

ams: Dude, you own three different unlicensed City Commander toys and a half dozen fake third-party Prime trailers. WTH? | |
