usa edition "henkei" silverbolt

    thought i would post a review of henkei silverbolt. as you will probably know its a more g1 accurate recolour of the universe silverbolt. this one has a great bot mode and jet mode and simple but fun transformation. personally what put me off the universe version was the colours used, i really don't like the combinations of red they used.

    Did they fix the lights on the eyes so they light up when the button is pushed in bot mode. The classics one only lit up during transformation.

    I seriously rate this guy, its one of the only toys I've actually nicked and opened out of one of our orders. His eyes do light up in bot mode and the white looks totally G1 sexay! my only gripe would be that he has quite spindly legs.

    It's the USA Edition.

    It doesn't have chrome.

    Also, Hasbro vers. FTW

    But man, I LOVE That shade of Red On Silverbolt.

    LIke I said, the USA edition rocks with all that white...and I also noticed....you swapped parts between TFU Powerglide and Takara Powerglide?! Can you post them in the Powerglide feedback thread? It would be awesum! :D

    While it's definitely more G1, All that white makes the toy look kinda cheezely to me, at least in photos. Probably looks better in person, but I'm quite happy with the "USA edition" which was actually released in the USA. :)

    For some reason I really don't like the white they used on this figure. It's just really off-putting and resembles a bad knock off. If you guys like them all power to you.

    BTW, are you going to get a Silverstreak for your Classics lineup?

    i already have silverstreak, bought him pre release months ago. hes in the group pic :)  i do plan on getting henkei silverstreak tho. for some reason i like the grey/silver deco on him
