Alien robots? Heaven forbid the thought! >_>

And ShadowStitch, I could have gone the rest of my life without knowing about that little detail on Sunstreaker. o_O I will never be able to look at my toy the same way again.

Can't believe I'm talking about crotch areas on toy robots.....
Yeah, you got a point there. While it lessens the hip/groin area it does sort of reveal his meager crotch. I guess I prefer his meager crotch revealed.

That should be on the package:
"Universe Inferno - With Meager Crotch Reveal!"

I prefer to think of it as a "Peek-a-boo" flap.

Finally picked up Inferno at TRU! Great voyager size, bulky but poseable. What an update from G1 Inferno.

Ordered from TRU online. Hooray for old stock! Box came totally crushed, which was a whatevs, but the head gimmick seems to be broken. It still transforms, you just have to wiggle the head a bit and the catch lets loose. But pushing down on the light doesn't do anything.

Oh well. Great figure overall and I'm a nerd for rescue vehicles, so it's even more fun.

Toys R Us website had this guy and Voyager Leo Prime for 11 bucks apiece. Grabbed them both and not disapointed at all for either figure. Love this version of Inferno. If I had to knock him, I wish there were a couple more paint aps on his arms. Other than that, 2 Thumbs up.
The last thing anyone wants is to stress Bozo.

You don't push the light down, you slide it toward you. I hope it's not actually broken, because that was a fun little thing I like about this figure.
Is it weird that I like huge chunks of plastic?

Which is scarier? Cat or Megatron?

Score! Thanks man, I totally thought the instructions told me to push it down. Works perfectly. Much radder toy now.

You're welcome! I was confused about that before too (stupid instructions). However, once I figured it out, it is a nice gimmick.

I was very surprised at how awesome this guy is. Not too complex yet satisfying transformation, great pose-ability, good heft to him (too many "light" TFs out there), and just an overall great look to him. I bought him on a whim (and partially because of Kinglaffo's enthusiasm when he finally got it) but I would gladly buy him again in a heartbeat.
