Today at Walmart I found the Legacy of Bumblebee Exclusive Three Pack with Animated Deluxe Bumblebee, Premium Movie Deluxe Bumblebee, and Classics Deluxe Bumblebee with New Movie Color Yellow and Black Paint Scheme.

The Packaging is in Movie Style Packaging with one side showing a pic of Animated Bumblebee and the other Movie Bumblebee. The Back has a little bio about how important Bumblebee is to the Transformers Universe plus stats on Classics and Premium Movie Bumblebee. No Stats for Animated Bumblebee Tho. It comes with Two Sided Instructions that show the transformation for all Three from Alt to Robot Mode.

Animated and Premium Movie Deluxe Bumblebee are the exact figures with no changes to them whatsoever.

The Classics Bumblebee of course is the same mold with just black instead of white and blue headlights and back windows. His New Paint Scheme fits better with the Movie and Animated Bumblebee. His Jet Pack/Jet Ski is also all yellow and black with blue on it.

This Retails for $28.99 which if you include how much a Classics Bumblebee goes for on ebay and even if you find the other two in stores this is a BARGIN and for People who missed out on any figure this is a Must Have for Bumblebee Fans. Plus For Collectors it's a great display piece or great to keep MISB.

    Here's my Video Review

Nice photos. One of the better WM exclusives, I like the box. Animated bee is the only one that I don't have. I plan to pick up a set but the Walmart near me has nothing when I went there today.

If this turns up, I'm getting it purely for that Classics Bumblebee repaint. To put it simply, it looks awesome.

Someone mentioned in the N&R thread about turning the Classics one into Hubcap.

    I followed suit.

Have to say that the paint apps on my set SUCKED. I had to touch up a lot of stuff.

Picked it up today; the first thing I noticed is that "Bumblebee" is misspelled on both ends of the box - whoops! But I'm the son of an English teacher and married to an English teacher, so I notice stuff like that. :lol

Bought this entirely for the repainted Classics Bee, which is great. Forgot how nicely the mold fits together. The new paint isn't great, but A for effort.

This is my (I think) 12th Concept Camaro, and the paint apps are TERRIBLE compared to the regular Premium release. Bleedover and jagged edges are rampant on almost all the paint. Definitely the worst looking CC I've seen.

This is also the first TFA Bumblebee I've spent any time with, and while the transformation is pretty unique and cool, the paint doesn't match the plastic, the stingers don't fold away, and it generally feels very "cramped" during the transformation process. Don't care for the open hands or the gargantuan head.

All in all, probably worth $30 if you didn't have any of these guys already. If they had thrown in the G1 keychain BB, it would have been over-the-top awesome.

    *sob*

I can't find this 3 pack anywhere. Hopefully this week, if my stupid walmart gets any to begin with. I want this mainly for Classics Bumblebee, since I am a classics addict.

Saw him, but I didn't pick this up (as I own 2 of the three figures already), but I did notice that on classics bumblebee, his paints apps looked quite a bit sloppier than on the original release. The chest/windshield in particular might need some touching up.

Still hoping to find someone looking to sell their Classics Bee seeing as how he's the only bot I want out of this set.

Great Idea, I was thinking about what head I could swap out and use as Hubcap but that may be an even better (and easier) idea.

I mainly got this set for the great Classics BB repaint...it's funny what difference a little added black can make! That said, I haven't really warmed up to the solid black back end of the car. But in robot mode it's not a huge eyesore. A few paint issues here and there but otherwise it's alright. The hinge on the wave crusher is VERY loose on mine.

Haven't messed around with Movie Bumblebee just yet but a casual inspection didn;t reveal any major problems. The two haves of the car roof that end up on its arms in robot mode are a little loose, but otherwise all the joints are pretty damn tight for a mold that has been pretty much run into the ground.

Animated Bumblebee is about what I expected. If not for the lame shoulder joints it would actually have some decent poseability. But it's pretty over complicated. I didn't have much trouble transforming it ince I'd read reviews here and knew what to look for. I'm jut pretty underwhelmed by it as a whole.

Got a set from a Wal-Mart store today. Technically all 3 are new for me although I have Classics, Movie original and stealth repaint already. Overall a nice 3-pack. Repaint Classics Bee is a great piece, I like the blue windows and lights.

    BTW good eye ams!

Well, I never picked up The original Classics Bumblebee, so I was excited when I found this pack. I had to look carefully to find one with no paint app flaws. However, the rest of the 3 pack wasn't so great. I didn't care that much about the animated or premium BB, but they weren't that good.
The animated BB had some paint issues as well, but I overlooked that as I intend to repaint him into Cliffjumper.
However, there is an assembly problem with Premium BB, and he can NOT be transformed back to car mode due to his windshield overlapping part of his hood. I looked at it for a long time, and couldn't figure out how to correct the problem.

    My impressions:

First off, you're gonna want to look at a LOT of these three packs if you can, to find one with acceptable paint apps, never mind finding one with good paint on all three.

Animated 'Be: Identical in every detail to the single version, far as I can tell, all flaws (such as non-tucking stingers) included.

Premium Movie 'Be: Identical to the single as far as I know, though I didn't get the single before now. A few loose parts and joints, and spots of rough paint. Not my favorite version of CC Camaro 'Bee, but a great version to keep in car mode most of the time, as that mode is very pretty. (didn't realize that, Binaltech-like, the whole car body is painted over, so the yellow color matches well all-around.)

"Black Stripe Classics" 'Be: The obvious differences are black stripes instead of white, yellow plastic instead of silver/gray, and a stronger blue tint on the clear parts. It's a bit more Henkei-like in that regard, without the random chrome (oddly, the photos on the box are more Classics-colored, with a chrome-lookin' spoiler.) Paint work is pretty sloppy on mine, and the yellow paint on the roof doesn't match the plastic well (worse than on Classics, anyway). The mold itself seems to be holding up pretty well, though some of the joints feel like there's imperfections in the ball and socket that are felf when moving the part.

Overall: probably only worth it if you're into variants and box sets, or if you don't already have most of the things in the box already.

Additional: People who get this set might need to look out for "sticky paint syndrome" on the roof/windsheild part of the Classics Bumblebee. I haven't really had a problem yet on mine, but the paint seems a tiny bit tacky when touched, and these things have a nasty tendency to escalate.

I saw a Pallet of these at my local Wal-Mart, and I gotta say, I'm perpetually underwhelmed by Hasbro's offerings of late. EVERY ONE of the three figures inside looks like crap. And mind you, I searched through about 30 of them before I decided I could just live without the figures. It's laughable, what a nosedive Hasbro's QC has taken since the Cybertron/Classics era.

Classics Bee, I already have. And mine looks a hell of a lot better than the shoddy piece of garbage in the package, both in terms of mold clarity and paint apps.

Premium Bee, I already have, and he's just as mediocre as ever. Nothing new to see here. Move along.

Animated Bee has the same wretched paint apps that plague Classics bee, and pretty much every other figure in the line thus far, but as a bonus he's molded in a nearly translucent lemon yellow plastic that screams Cheap Knockoff. And if things keep going the way they are, sooner than later the KOs will actually be better quality than the real things.
