No photos, at least not yet, but here's my impressions. Overall, if you collect the RH's, they are all worthy of purchase IMO.

    G1 Pack 1:

Galvatron - Rather basic 'standing and pointing the weapon' pose, and the smirk on his face is weird to say the least, but it still looks great and the color/paint especially sells the character of this one. Of note - his decepticon symbol is red (and movie style) on the purple chest.

Sunstreaker - Relatively blocky and undetailed compared to other RH figures, and the shade of yellow plastic doesn't help and obscures detail. There's nothing really wrong with it, but it seems a little uninspired in relative terms.

    G1 Pack 2:

Blitzwing - A good chibi-fied representation of the G1 cartoon model, with a really happy snarl on his face. Something about the colors seem a little off to me, though I can't quite pin down what, and it hard to find a really good pose for him. Still, the whole package gives off the statement "C'mere so I can stick this big-ass knife in ya!"

Hound - Looks especially good to me. The 'default' pose looks like he's going "F**K YEAH!" (or maybe "Yooooooo JOE!". His one arm is attached in such a way that there's only one direction it can go (fist pump in the air) where it doesn't look like a broken shoulder. The standout G1 in this bunch for me though.

    BW Pack 1:

Cheetor - looks kinda like a mix of toy and cartoon design. In a running pose on a base made to look like kicked-up dust or smoke. The pose and happy face look like he should be yelling "Woop woopwoopWOOP woop!" as he zips away. Works well for cheetor though. The yellow on this one seems to look nicer than what they used for Sunstreaker. Also, he has a Maximal symbol stamped on his left butt-cheek .... heh. :)

Blackarachnia - small and thin compared to other RH's, as it should be. Petite and in a graceful pose. It almost looks too cute and demure to fit BA's character. On a rock-like base to cope with the small footprint. One thing I notice is that the black eyes on the package photos were switched to red, which also doesn't fit BW BA - I intend to change that.

Of note is the character art on this package comes off kinda goofy. Cheetor has a very blocky robot face and a smooshed cat face - and it kinda looks like the artist was not told BA was suposed to be female - the art has a very thuggish face and breasts that look more like pectoral muscles.

    BW Pack 2:

Megatron - Another "dynamically point my weapon (dino head in this case)" pose. The pastel purple color and texture make him look almose fluffy as opposed to scaly, or like a marshmallow peep. The disgusted snarl on his face sorta has a "something smells" feel, and if you point the head away from the dino arm, it looks like the dino head is the source of the stink. Nothing wrong with it really, but a little disappointing compared to the others.

Rattrap - Has more of a 'personality' pose instead of a dynamic one. Looks like he's standing around, carrying on a conversation, using the gun to gesture. The face has a great expression too. The whole deal just screams 'rattrap'.

Like I said, if you like the Robot heroes (and are not anti-BW or G1), it's a good bet you'll like most of these. Even the worst of 'em is still decent.

Got mine this weekend as well.

I realize that a lot of us have mixed feelings on non transforming Transformers, but these guys are awesome. I was extreamly disapointed with the movie Robot Heroes, and passed on all of them mainly because they lacked the quality of the original run. The Universe Robot Heroes more than make up for it, though.

    Not Monday, but close. :)

    I only got Hound/Blitzwing and Cheetor/BA.

Cheetor: Sweet. He looks to be based off the original toy with dark blue metal, and green eyes. the spots of his lower arm are rubbed off and so is some of the paint on the hand. Dunno what happened there. He has toes in robot mode. (!?!)

BA: A lot less butch than the card art. She's TINY though! They still have the masked look of the CGI model.

Hound: Bad QC here, not horrible, though. He's awesome, though. BIGASS HOLOGRAM GUN!

Blitzwing: Uber awesome. He looks deranged. Might paint his helmet yellow, though.

I would get these but nearly $7 is just way too much money IMO. When they were five dollars ok.

The g1's are fantastic. Hound is my fav. The paint apps on Galvatron are awesome.

The BW's are alright. It's not news that Blackarachnia looks like a man, but its still a little disappinting. I also ton'y like the looks of Megs' Dino arm. Not the poseability or anything but the actual aestetics. Just don't click with me and I can't put my finger on why. Rattrap's facial expression is perfect for the character. Cheetor is my fav of the BW lot.

If it weren't for Rattrap, I'd skip Megs. That's my favourite version of his body (my first BIG transformer!) and I hate to see it not done absolutely right.

Luckily the TM Megs looks AWESOME. Silverbolt he comes with is neat too except for that weird-ass chest design. (though you can cover it with his arm)

I don't think the BA figurine looks mannish, just the package artwork.

I think the problem with BW Megs' dino head (as I see it) is that it has chipmunk cheeks.

Yeah, I think the card artist were just trying to tone her down for the children's sake, wheras the sculpter were just trying to make her 'cuter'.

ok, have all these now so i'll do a text review:

Hound: awesomeness. he has a perfect little 'hound' grin, and his pose and face combines, as has been said before, just gives a feeling of "AW, **** YEAH!" also, he has really good paint apps, plenty of them, and it really adds to him.

Blitzwing: the colors are garish, bright purple with tan and a pink face and sword is kind of 'wtf' on a toy in this style. but it's still Blitzy to a T, minus the tan helmut. he absolutely has the 'con thug' feel blitzy should, and definitely think he wants to shank me.

Sunstreaker: kind of a yellow hunk of plastic, kind of >_> he's got a very static pose, and probably too few paint apps, but it's still streaker, and i still love him.

Galvatron: his pose says 'regal', his face says 'insane mother****er who's about to kill someone with smug satisfaction'. great combination for galvs actually, and the shiny purple and silver paintjob is just so lovely...

Cheetor: love this little guy, he's so accurate, he has all his beast mode kibble lol. his front legs are on his back, adn you can even see the toes of his back legs on the back of his legs. great detail. the headsculpt, and the 'i'm running 'cuz i'm cheetor' pose just captures his character perfectly.

Blackarachnia: aw, ain't she a dainty little, delicate flower :lol  well, it doesn't capture the badass factor of BA, but it does capture her 'sexy' side. kind of looks like she's putting on a show for her wuvy-duvy silverbolt. probably the smallest RH yet, very thin and short, but it works for her. the face is lacking femininity though...

Rattrap: what can i say? this is rattrap. yep. he's just standing there being useless, as he motions with his widdle cyoot gun and gives us all a look of 'you're the reason i made that deal with Megs in BM TT' <_<

Megatron: i like him. the purple seems kind of soft and fluffy, but i really only have two problems here. i like his pose and all, but i would rather have a white head, and his expression is kind of, um, 'chubby disgruntled kid' >_>, and his tail is nowhere to be found...

overall, probably my favorite wave of RH's yet. definitely worth a buy.

Got them all on Thursday...very nice figures and the universe packaging looks nice also...BA is the only one that I think they could have done a better job on...both the figure and box art...

Another fantastic set. I love the Beasties, especially Megatron.

This line continues to bring the pure love.

As much as I want to start grabbing the new animated figures, I just can't justify the output of the money for something I'm just going to throw on my shelf. But man, do they look awesome.

These guys though, I have my living room bookcase packed with, and I can't wait to get more.

I'm equally excited for the upcoming GI Joe Combat Heroes line, and I'm deciding right now if I want to go in on the new Toy Story Toybox Heroes. They're pretty cool, too.

Star Wars and Marvel are just too far into the line for me to even consider starting. The completist in me would die.

I've seen the info on the next wave and alleged wave after that, and I'm amazed Hasbro isn't moving on Animated Robot Heroes. I want them!

    Ebay:
A packaging note - there are molded Autobot and Decepticon symbols on top of the bubble, but the 'Con symbol is missing the eyes. Looks strange.

Sunstreaker - as always with RH, posability is limited to shoulders and head. Sunstreaker is crouched with knees bent and head leaning forward, with both arms bent at the elbow like he's ready to box. It's a better crouch than RH Soundwave or Grimlock, but I'm not a fan of "the crouch" poses in general. Details are good though, and the facial expression is somewhat bemused. Oddly, the Autobot symbol on his chest is the movie version.

Galvatron - Some characters just should not be given the cute treatment, and Galvatron is probably at the top of the list. But the figure looks good, and is standing in an upright pose, with one arm bent and the other, with the orange cannon, thrust straight out to the side. His 'Con symbol is also the movie version. Where Sunstreaker is based on the toy, Galvatron is based on the animation model.

overall - has the usual pose limitations of Robot Heroes, but otherwise a good set, and the characters aren't quite as 'cutified' as some other RHs.

Autobot Hound - four points of articulation on this little guy... the usual shoulders and neck, but the waist turns as well. He's more limber than the actual toy! Hound has a delighted expression on his face, and is a decent cut-down version of the original figure. The Autobot insignia is the movie version and sits on the right bumper, while the proper yellow star is on the left bumper. His stance makes him look like he's creeping up on someone, but thanks to the waist being able to turn, he can be fixed in a nice variety of poses, at least for a Robot Hero.

Blitzwing - the original toy was one of my favorites, so I'm delighted to see the figure turn up in the RH line. He's generally the correct colors though he's missing the details that the decals would have provided. Blitzwing is carrying his sword, but not his rifle, and is posed slightly bent forward, but not quite crouching, with one arm reaching out to grab someone. He's got a "I'm about to get ya!" pose and expression. Mine keeps falling over backwards, which makes me think mine is slightly warped. Given the soft plastic, I can probably compensate. Silver (ugh, all wrong for G1) 'Con movie symbol on the back wing, beside the tank turret.

Overall, another good set, with what can only be termed as secondary characters, which I'm always glad to see make the cut for a new toy. Worth the purchase.

Whats goin on with the packaging variants... some have the 'bot vs. 'con logo in the top right and some don't.
