Looking forward to picking this one up. Great mold for the character. Some of the color choices seem odd though, like the lack of white in bot mode and the non-blue face. Pretty easy fixes though.

I didn't care much for this figure when he first came out, but he grew on me big time. I never had this mold so I'm glad I picked him up.

I'm buying to make a team of Autobot seekers.

Him, springer, Evac.

I'm also picking up Acid Storm along with Starscream so I can have the some DECEPTICON seekers.

I passed on this guy so many times, I thought his copter mode looked dorky. But I was out today and i needed a fix, and he was the only guy i found that i don't have. So I brought him home, and wow, just WOW! His bot mode is awesome. I wasn't around during the cybertron era, and three of my favorite bots are repaints from then. I'm never gonna prejudge a repaint again.

Anyone who hasn't got Blades yet and is on the fence....pick him up before it's too late.

^ Yeah, totally agree. I was browsing the gallery pictures of him, Heavy Load and Dropshot over at seibertron.com and the more I looked, the more I like.
Went out to the store and got them three, together with Vector Prime afterwards.

I love Blade's deco choice. Granted, I would have done some of the bot mode differently, but considering he was a planned movie deco that later got re-purposed INTO Blades, I can live.

Besides, he's pretty darn accurate considering the way the mold lays out!

Here's my take on a relatively old toy. It seems like Transformers have the lifespan of an already adult Rhinoceros Beetle if 2 months since the last post makes this guy OOOOLD.

Anywho, Universe Blades.

There are stores around here that still have one or two of him on the shelf.
One is enough for me.
if i were to get another, i'd try to get the O.G. Evac mold.

I wasn't really impressed with the A/E/C lines, but Evac was a mold i fell for but missed out on in stores. that makes me grateful to TFU line For Blades.

one of the cleanest, nigh-simplistic and enjoyable molds in a long time.
