Some neat bits:
Sound effects - Robot mode says "Where is the Allspark?", "Crush the Autobots!", and "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
Makes the transforming noise as you transform him, and makes helicopter noises in alt mode.
Propellers, while not automated, are linked so if you spin one, they spin together.
As you push the button, his mouth opens and closes. Not automatically, but still neat.
Something weird I just found, He has a landing gear in front without the cannon assembly attached:
Not sure what's for, since leaving the assembly detached exposes his robot head and looks bad. Even if the cannon itself could detach from the grey part, the grey panel prevents the landing gear from being folded down. Weird.
A lot of the promotional photos looks off because they have the arms and wings in robot mode position, when they actually smush a little closer together to tighten up the vehicle mode. His arms have a little trouble locking into place at the shoulder, but I haven't had much time to fiddle with it. That would be my only (minor) complaint. Definitely worth the purchase, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to nab at retail if you're waiting. If you can get one, do it. He's finally knocked Lockdown out of the #1 spot on my favorites list.

EDIT: UPDATE!! I took Megatron's chest apart and confirmed it. Headmaster might FIT on Megatron, but won't alter his speech at all. There's no button or anything for the tabs to activate in there. Unless it's some kind of electronic chip in the figure and Headmaster that interact to activate the Headmaster sounds, Megatron doesn't have any way of doing so.
