I opened up my CJ yesterday and the joints were tighter than the Bee's. I popped the right arm off the shoulder trying to transform the hood into place. I have two of the Target battle damaged Bees and some of the joints were a lot loose compared to the original CC Bee. Makes me wonder why that is when CJ came out later. Better quality control maybe? I don't have a second CJ so I can't compare.

Totally a worthy repaint purchase. The car mode is every bit as beautiful as the yellow version, and the blue doesn't clash near as much as I thought it would. I think I'm one of the few who like the Red Skull head.

Oh and the wasit balljoint on my CJ isn;t anywhere NEAR as floppy as on my BB.

In sharp comparison to what other people have been saying...my Deluxe CJ is as loose as a spruce goose. He's floppy all over, and his doors won't stay attached -- they fall off every time I try to rotate them, to the point that I'm considering adding pins to hold them on the pivot.

Sure, his poorly painted factory default head looks like a creepy gumball skull, but all the more reason to touch him up a little, right?

That said, he's still an excellent mold, and I might even pick up an extra to customize into one of the other bajillion red car characters deserving of a decent movie figure.

yeah i was hoping for more on the face as well, and maybe a little more detailing on the car mode, but for the most part he looks fantastic!
only issue is that I got a lemon :(  all his joints are really stiff, except for those f*cking shoulder pads, they go flying off a minimum of three times each whenever i transform him.

I actually had to scrape some plastic off with my pocketknife just to get one of the shoulderpads to stay in.

A good repaint of a great mould. They seem to have fixed up the loose waist that plagued my battle-damaged Concept Camaro Bumblebee (doesn't seem to be as big a problem on my regular one for some reason), but I've found it a bit harder to extend the shoulders out from the body during transformation. Hopefully that will loosen up a bit, however.

Oh, and I love those silver stripes. Beats me why, I just do.

A very solid mold. And the red skull head is kind of nice.

Hey, almost three months later I finally opened Cliffjumper. A couple of observations:
    - I like the dark grey better than the black on BB. The sculpted details show better on the grey.
    - The skull face is interesting... strange, but I guess I like it.
    - The Allspark blue is used very judiciously and that works quite well. If anything, it's slightly underused.
    - I think the red looks every bit as good as the yellow color scheme does on BB. This is a good repaint. Well worth the purchase.
