So far, the fan reaction to this repaint has been extremely positive. I also think this is a beautiful repaint, and really shows that if Hasbro tries really hard, they can come up with attention-to-detail that can go punch-for-punch with alot of the customs out there.
I'm sad they didn't paint the Leader Megatron like this, but hopefully the Premium line will include the Leader Megatron in the future.
In the meantime, what does everyone think of the Best Buy exclusive Voyager Megs? All shiny and everything... Transformer fan trying to defend "Revenge of the Fallen":

I was on the fence about him, but after seeing him in person I snagged one and took back my blue Megs (kept the receipt after the metallic was announced).
Fits in much better with the other Decepticons now, instead of being this bright beacon in the center of my shelf.

No, I wouldn't recommend it. (that's what I did) Especialy if you already have Leader Megs. I'd say spend the money on a can of dark silver Spray paint instead.
