TFTM '07 Final Battle Jazz

Final Battle Jazz takes the Autobot Jazz toy and gives it a better weapon, remolds it and improves it. The head and legs are remolded to include battle damage. The gray plastic used is lighter than that used on Autobot Jazz and the windshield and windows are also lighter. The small, black connectors in the forearms of Final Battle Jazz are smaller and work much better then the longer ones used on Autobot Jazz.

His new weapon has several different configurations. The shield can be flipped up or down. The back of the weapon flips out to form a sniper rifle. There's a brace that can flip around to make the weapon useable in both directions on both hands and the whole thing can rotate 360 degrees at the back connector. The Spoiler/Shield no longer connects to the weapon in any way I can see.

So, I like this toy even if it does depict Jazz during about 5 minutes of the film. The weapon is better, though I could do without the firing missle, and the forearms, while still the weakest part of the toy, are improved on. Hopefully, the Target recolor uses the new forearm connectors.

Sorry about the small pics, but I'm still getting used to my camera.

Aha. No more strange "slide this black piece between two different friction points" on the arms, then? It's just a straight hinge now?

If it were really final battle Jazz, then the toy should've came in two pieces

Have you guys bought a Jazz recently? My like 5th Jazz is finally perfect all over but more importantly he has the redesigned arm flap mechanism that is super smooth.

Does FB Jazz have corrected hands? I can't tell fron the pics.

Still, I'm buying this Jazz and giving his gun to my old Jazz, then taking wire cuters to this sucker and painting him up.

Real Final Battle Jazz!

Jesus your camera makes the plastic on the roof and body on BOTH Jazzes look horribly mismatched.

PS what does his Bio note say?
Currently very bored on holidays and thus trying to write Feedback Forum posts for every Transformer he owns.

Yes, there is no more sliding the black piece between 2 points as the arms are now on a smaller hinge.

No. If he did, I would have taken a, albeit crappy, picture of it.
