I am interested in know this too. I was looking at the Allspark version last night at Target. I can tell you that in package, the tabs where not set in the tab "sockets", so I guessed that the problem had not been fixed. But, this is just a guess based on a quick observation while it wa in the package.

 

I bought mine last October and forgot to post in here.

I fought buying Brawl for so long since I knew the Leader version would be coming out, and closer to being in proper scale with the rest of the toys. While the Leader version is VASTLY superior to the Deluxe version, there's several things I do enjoy about the smaller guy.

-I like the arm cannon
-The transformation is pretty cool, in spite of the shoulder peg disaster
-Pretty well detailed

I don't regret getting it, but I can't say it would be anywhere near my top reccomendation to anyone for the movie line. The shoulder just absolutely KILL it overall. Still, it's fun in its own right.

 

Regardless, I saw one too many pics of Jin's repaint of him & I was sold...

I don't play with my figures, I just pose them on a shelf for decoration (in one form or another...) - but his shoulder balljoints are way too tight - really the only thing I don't like about him (the shoulder pegs don't bother me much, you just have to brace them when you try to pose his arms & they're okay) but I like him alot.

Can see some room for improvement - would love to add more detail - like the chest bars the Ldr mold has, but would need to build a hinge...
