Sig pictures are to be no larger than 40KB in file size and should be no larger than 300 pixels in height and 500 pixels wide - 2005 Staff I am so beyond impressed. Probably my second favorite Voyager (SS is still number 1). Just all in all awesome. Nice size and bulk, fun and simple transformation with some cool moves and such. Looks nice. Very recommended. |

After getting the voyager-class of Prime, Ironhide and Starscream, I was expecting something "unique" as well with Ratchet. Well, I was somewhat disappointed..... But what got me posting about Ratchet is when I figured out how posable he can be! His legs (and "ankles") allow for dynamic poses! If you're looking for something simple to tinker around your office table or desk, Ratchet is a good one. |

So solid, gimmick does'nt get in the way (is hardly noticeable anyway) and can pull off some killer poses. Only drawback is I wish his arms were a little larger, but otherwise he's the best voyager IMO (dont like the colors though) ![]() Don't look at my stuff!! Which is Here! I've seen pics where it's supposed to clip in, but mine won't and it looks impossible with the mold Edit: nevermind, I used my Xacto knife to make a slope so it'll slip in easier. Now that I have him in robot mode, he is probably in the middle for me, even lower than Jazz(which I love), though this is in no way a bad figure |

| slippery when wet Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 6,895 Location: ohio Collection Count: not nearly enough | He is easily my least favorite movie figure. Way too bulky, too big, the legs are terrible: too long, too blocky and bulky, to simplistic looking for the movie aesthetic, the automorph gimmick is beyond pathetic (not even worth what little effort was put into designing it), and to top things off the back door/bumper things get in the way of the knee joints.. Upper part of the body/ front part of the truck is fine and dandy (aside from the color on the doors not matching up). Hate his capture claw thing too; the cargo rack that forms it falls off his vehicle mode way too easily (taking his crude looking light bar with it!). His pull out ax is really neat, though.
The bears are being retired. I really wish they would take another crack at this figure; make him a LOT less bulky (and hell, maybe throw in his buzzsaw weapon from the movie for good measure). Hell, I wouldn't mind if he was done as a deluxe this time around, so long as they were able to trim the fat (seeing as how its pretty unlikely for them to do another voyager for him).
