Ok.. Since I'm the first to find them I guess I gotta do some reviews...

    Dinobots
Terrorsaur - altmode T Rex - He is the best of the bunch. he is well proportioned and quick and easy to transform. Jaw even opens in dino mode. I give him an A.

Swoop - altmode Pterodactyl - He is kinda tiny in robot mode and looks kinda like a jumble of parts. Not a real robot mode. He gets a D. Good dino mode, lousy robot.

Knockback - Altmode Triceratops - He is kinda decent. fairly well proportioned. I give him a B. Decent in both modes.

    Rescue
Divebomb - altmode chopper - Good alt mode, but he is about 90% legs in robot mode. When in robot mode he looks at his enemy's shoes. Still fairly decent. I give him a B-.

Firebot - altmode fire truck - Best of the bunch by far. Looks awesome in both modes. Has real arms and legs. he even has arm cannons. A++!

Strongarm - altmode cop car - He is growing on me. Decent robot mode and great car mode. Only real downfall is his front bumper pops off each time I touch him and try to transform him. Still cool. I give him a B.

    Construction
Broadside - alt mode tank - Great alt mode.. bad robot. Next to Swoop he is the worst. Look like he is trying to take a crap standing up with his legs spread. I give a C at best on robot mode. Leave him in tank and he is a B+.

Wideload - altmode dump truck - He is fairly cool. Great alt mode.. decent robot. I give him a B-.

Sledge - altmode construction vehicle - Great alt mode. Back hoe is very well articulated as is the front scoop. Good robot mode. I like him. I give him a B+

These minicons seem to be a conceptual project for Hasbro/Takara. The project seems to be coming up with new and creative transformation ideas. Pretty much every last Minicon does something I've never seen before in transforation. Of course some of them end up having the feel of some of the old Go-Bot toys, the ones that had a nice vehicle/alt mode but the robot mode was just an arrangement of parts into a somewhat humanoid configuration, you know the ones I mean. Each member of each team is both awesome and sucky in its own special way, and even if you hate a given robot mode, there a whole other mode that looks good going with it.

Depends on what kinda altmodes you like best. Personally, I like the Night Rescue team best (fire engine, police car, copter) and the Demolition team (two contruction vehicles and a tank) least.

    AWESOME! Thanks rattrap007!
I love the pics with Megatron. LMFAO!
Now I am really jonsin' for these minicons. Especially the night rescue team and the next wave.
And most people are correct. The pterodactyl looks wonky in bot mode.

"Yessssss... err, I mean, noooooo..." *chomp chomp*

Good reviews, was expecting about as much from these sets. I'll probably get the Dinobots before the Night Rescue Team, just cause they're, you know, dinos. Probably balance them out with the Dirt Digger and Predator Teams, and just skip Demolition and Clear Skies.

I picked up the set of them..Why is it that they're going under the "classics line" though? I thought the whole thing of that was all Gen-1 based?

They're in Classics because Minicons sell and Classics is the current line. They were planned for Cybertron but held back for whatever reason so Classics gets them instead.

Actually the line name is Transformers: Robots in Disguise. The word Classics is nowhere to be seen on the packaging. Now on the Deluxe and Voyager sized G1 themed toys there is the Classics reference, and Classics Deluxe and Classics Voyager.

    Ebay:
    Just got all three sets.
Wideload: Pretty cool, but wish the arms moved better.
Sledge: Very cool vehicle, and bot mode is better than I expected. I like him the best out of this team.
Broadside: Tank is awesome. Bot looks good, but very hard to balance, near impossible.

Strongarm: Pretty cool, but head is super floppy. Anyone else have this problem?
Divebomb: Awesome helicopter that turns into a stick-figure-like brick. Also hard to balance unless you fold out the tailfins for support.
Firebot: Awesome bot, and vehicle. Best one but could use some more paint aps.

Terrorsaur: Best Dino, cool in both modes.
Swoop: Great beast mode, bot mode is super tiny and the arms could be better.
Knockdown: Very interesting transformation for a minicon, but hindered by weird arms.

Naw, my Strongarm's head is fine. One arm is a little loose but his head is fine.

my only complaints are a) the helicopter's bot mode sucks since the arms bend outward like he wants to hug everyone, and b) the tank is super hard to balance in his botmode.
