    yeah, i've been reading on other forums about the mold and quality control issues...

    i basically want to know if perhaps disassembling Convoy's chest area will be helpful or will risk too much damage to the toy...

    My 20th Prime chest windows are perfectly aligned. 20th Primes were not affected by that problem. Not sure about the DVD/talking base version. MP-04 has that problem for sure. I think MP-01 is okay.
