Really? Where did you purchase it? Sellers are typically honest at least with price, the KO being 55-70$. If its under 120$ its likely a KO

As much as I love Shockwave.... I want a toy purple version... Anyone know of any rumors? Debating on dumping this version and holding out for a dark purple repaint.

 

I highly doubt a repaint will happen with him. Hasbro will release one before Takara repaints him a shade darker. The chances of that would be slim also. I'd hold off selling him if you want one in your collection.

 

I just got this guy yesterday. I have to say, I know he is Shockwave and all, and there is probably not much that you can really do with him, but he is pretty simple over all. For what ever reason, it just doesn't have the "MP" vibe to me. Sure it looks the part, but transformation wise, not so much.

 

same here. I have mp shockwave..and its not bad at all..but I dont really care for the color, and if you ask me my quakewave is still cats ass, and the best shockwave you can buy. I loved the big tough Megatron equal-esque shockwave, so quake wave fits my idea of him more than the smaller, fragile looking MP shockwave.

 

CRAP! The arm cannon doesn't light up anymore! It flashed three or four times then ... nothing. It's not the batteries so I opened up the arm (those tiny screws are a pain). All the connections look good. Damn it.

 

Crazy how time changes huh?
