This is a hella sweet figure. Mine had wobbly knees but I did the amazing fix. The red paint is nice, and mine has no other issues. The handle of her gun designed for robot mode is weak, but the extra long vehicle mode one is a fine replacement.

A lot of people complaiend about the lack of tabbign neck joint, but... it's not an issue at all I've found. It just gives her more neck articulation. If it was super floppy that'd be an issue, but it's solid. The backpack tabs solidly, and while the tabs for the chest aren't solid, it doesn't move once in place.

It's like everything flops during transformation, but once finished it's all solid.

Super simple. You could even cut out a tiny piece of the plastic tray it came in and put it in the little gap.

 

Hey you guys do know the handle for robot mode has a peg that plugs into the hole above her hand where it is cut out for the rotation joint, plug that in into the hole and she will hold it, just push the gun in and get things alligned more

 

I always wondered if those reporting problems with making Road Rage hold her gun use that method? The tab on the gun really snaps into the wrist slot and holds solidly on mine.

 

When I got mine, it didn't stay even though I was tabbing it in. It always popped out. It stays now, and I don't know what I do differently now.

I accidentally removed the backpack from the little joint, and now I can't get it to sit back again. It doesn't hamper anything in either mode, but it's bugging me. I've pushed it in as hard as I could, but I don't want to break it.

 

try pushing it in at a slight angle to get one side to catch it and push the other side in

 

If I decide to get Road Rage, I'll get the new KO version like I did with Tracks. That way I can enjoy the benefit of rubber tires, hood that lays evenly flush with the rest of the front end, and tighter joints.....all features that are sadly not present in the official versions of all incarnations of this mold. Not to mention cheaper price.

 

i'm dying for a KO loudpedal. i want to turn it into lockdown.
