The bio is like a Third party company trying to avoid copyright infringement with names. this is new original work for TakaraTomy. Other than the visual diaclone homage, Exhaust's info is completely new in the MP G1 universe.

 

dont think you understand the nature of the cancel.
ripping it off would put the kos in the exact same philip morris crosshirs as the real one.
this isnt about lambo defending their logo. or takara not making enough or being stingy. its big tobacco going after cigarettes-on-toys so theyre not guilty of voilating federeal law.
the one i got the hk based seller begged me not to leave any feedback.

 

Failed to get this one, It was sold out when i ask my supplier and that's the only way i know if i don't want to pay too much. Im not trying to blame takara for this one but hopefully a KO will be release.

 

But chinese sellers dont care about u.s. companies let alone u.s. law.

 

This is still available from overseas retailers. You have to pay the international shipping to get it to the USA. If this toy interests you in anyway, it is totally worth getting at retail price.
If they do KO this toy they would probably paint it closer to the original diaclone scheme with the Marlboro logo. KO manufacturers never cared for copyright laws anyways.

 

This guy's fantastic. I can't quite put my finger on it. I like MP Wheeljack, but it doesn't quite strike all the right notes. The proportions maybe? I'm not sure. As Exhaust/Marlboor, this mold just works better for me.

esp when phlip morrris operates in asian countries.
if u think a ko will solve the problem then u dont understand the problme.

 

The problem is that us retailers won't sell them.And overseas places are sold out/scalping.
Overseas Ko dealers won't give a damn about the laws and will ship to anyone with money.
I understand the problem well enough to see the solution. And with them operating in Asian countries how do you think people in the states have it?
I want the Ko because I'm not paying close to double of what it's worth.
If I could buy the retail version at retail price I would.

 

I ordered Exhaust when pre orders first went up, but had no real excitement. I paid for the slowest shipping as I really was not that bothered, and did not even think about it whilst it was on its way.

Then I got the figure into my hands, and dear god that deco is amazing. I have loved taking photos of it for the review I just uploaded to my blog.

I prefer it way over Wheeljack.

I also prefer this guy over Wheeljack, the problem i don't like with this guy is i don't have him.  

 

Definitely prefer him over Wheeljack, that paint job is just beautiful and the mold pops so much more owing to it.

 

I think i have 40% chances against 60% that i will have this toy, well hopefully!

 

Our common supplier had Exhaust in stock a few weeks ago and got mine thru her. Didn't she notify you? I thought you already had one.

 

No worries bro i got mine,   in messed up but in a goodway! I tried to get one from our common supplier but i was too late. I tried my best to get one from GTO and they said its out of stock, got to gh last monday and decided to take my chances and ask if they manage to secure me MP exhaust and bam the lady have the box with my name slap on a piece of paper lols. Turns out they forgot to inform me that they manage to secure me one haha.
