a little more forward is better no?

i tapped the pin out that held it on his arm, then made a small hole in his hip panel to plug it in. super easy!

 

Picked this guy up on amazon with it being on sale with prime. It's a fantastic figure for $33, though not sure I'd like it as much for $45. Being a big Armada fan, I love head and deco. I just can't stand the unpainted horns though, wish they had that bit of black like on the box

 

would headrobots bludgeon head look okay on him, size-wise? or is it too small?

 

It was a difficult choice deciding between this and the G1 homage but this thread really swayed me over to Armada Megatron. How often do we get an Armada throwback anyway so I'm really happy with it.

Gotta re-acquire a Star Saber and a Requiem Blaster now though I have a feeling they'll look better with this guy than they ever did with the original toy.

 

My tip for this mold is give the purple guns to your contructicons. If you don't have them combined on your shelf these guns match nicely. I gave the short one to Scavenger and the long one to Scrapper.

 

Getting some newfound appreciation for this guy. Really liking his large, dominating stature (being Leader Class helps). Have him as the Supreme Commander of Decepticon forces on my shelf.
