Hey guys. First time doing this, but hey it should be fun! I'm a big Drift fan and had to get this guy! I haven't been really following the new series but I was surprised with this guy.

His color is orange, although not as eye shattering as Generations Jhiaxus but it's an eye pleasing orange. I like the matte color, and the front end paint is great plus it mimics the the design of his helmet as well. It's awesome!

His head is on a swivel, his arms are on a ball at the shoulder and hinge on the outer shoulder. Hands move in and out, swivel at the arm, hinge elbow. Swivel on the torso, ball on hips, swivel at the knees with rotation on the thigh, and a hinge on the foot due to transformation. Otherwise he is a very poseable figure!

Hey Unicron nice seeing you again :D  I think a black pen will color in his mustache and and add more to his detail.

How's the transformation? Liking the colors on that one.

Transformation is simple yet satisfying. The front chest plate flips up to create the hood panel that connects the front and top sections. I thought that was pretty neat, and the torso rotation allows for more articulation as well.

I like how very clean Drift looks in robot mode. Despite being a retool of the Bumblebee mold he looks vastly like his own toy which is very impressive. Does he stand all right?

Loving the matte orange on this guy. Cool alt mode too, and his robot mode looks decently poseable and detailed. About the only problem I can think of is that his beard is unpainted, but that's a minor concern at most. Can't wait to find one of my own!

EDIT: Just noticed the scabbard for his swords too-- very nice touch.

He stands great thanks to his big ol feet, but it will also allow various poses as well.

Wait, where'd you hear he was a retool of Bumblebee? He looks entirely different to me, aside from the wheels being in roughly the same places.

I recall hearing about it from a poster when Drift was first revealed. There's just something awfully similar to how Drift transforms as RID15 Bumblebee.

He is a completely different mold. They do transformer similarly but the figures are 100% different.

How does it look next to TFP Wheeljack?

I only have BH Wheeljack, not sure where I put my TFP one. I also have TFP Prowl if you want to see a pic of those.

    Thanks.

I think Drift might end up as my favorite.

GodDAMN. I'll say this again...I'm getting impressed by RID 2015. The first four "deluxes" are pretty damn great and Drift looks to be great as well.

I can't wait to get this guy. Considering I'm skipping out on Combiner Wars, I'm glad there's RID to spend money on!
