Alright! I have my MP-22 in hand and this figure is such a blast! I'm not going to bore you with a ton of information so I'll get down to specifics!

    PROS
    - Very simple Transformation, think MP Grimlock
    - Very forgiving, you don't have to properly align all the joints, etc
    - it can hold 4 cars
    - Butt flap is not a BIG DEAL
    - Great Hand articulation! I cannot wait for 3rd party hands :)

    CONS

    - No Matrix! I feel like it should of come with a larger matrix for his size. More MP-01 than MP-10
    - Spike and Daniel SUCK
    - No waist swivel

Is there any place to keep Spike and Daniel in robot mode?

Its rare that I say this, but I like the 3rd party Citizen Stack (with the SXS replacement head), better than the TT release. This looks rather mundane by comparison. I might get it later down the road, just for the hell of it!!

Nice shots. You missed folding the crotch piece back up for vehicle mode though.

So far, based on everything I have seen, I am unimpressed.

I think Stacks looks mundane by comparison that it needs another 3P head just to look good.

Yeh I'd say Citizen Stack looks ok. Except for that face.

I haven't really been keeping up. Is there any diecast in this?

This is the figure I've wanted since MP-3 (which I still like as well). I'll be really excited to get mine!

I think it looks fantastic. Yes, a little simple, but that is part of the 'toon look I thought a lot of people wanted? Anyway, in his case I like the clean lines that kinda turned me off on MP Roddy (I'm not married to one piece of media or "look").

To the doubters - Most panelformers/origamibots are a lot simpler in hand than they appear in pictures or film. The initial transformation might seem complicated, but once you've done it once or twice probably feels very instinctive, which is what chrisr probably means by "simple" (although I don't want to put words in his mouth). Keep the faith.

This is the the most excited I've been for an Masterpiece since Soundwave. I really cannot wait to get him! Both of mine are on their way, I hope he's here before New Years!

He looks fantastic. The "butt-flap" is not ideal, but honestly I am completely over it after seeing more pictures and videos. He's just too amazing in every other regard not to forgive him for his minor flaw.

Seriously, with Optimus, the Seekers, Soundwave, Grimlock, Ultra Magnus, Rodimus, Prowl and Bumblebee all released they just need to release Megatron and I can honestly say that I'd be content if they never released another MP again because my collection would feel complete. (Not that I want them to stop)

any pics of him next to Generations figures for comparisons sake? I may want to pick Magnus up since we don't know if we'll get a Generations Leader Class Magnus yet

    But we sort of do.

    I'd suggest buying both though.

Mine should be here tomorrow (alongside the g1 style Q transformers)

Cannot wait to get my hands on him, he looks fantastic.
