Don't think it's ever coming back in stores buddy. I just paid 29 on amazon for one. Saw one at Frank and Sons but dude wanted 45 for it! BBTS also has the two pack for 31 but I had no use for Chromia anyways
Where at in Franks? I got mine for 15 at Robotoyfest back in December in the chance that she wouldnt be found in stores. I did the same for Chromia and bought the one of the last ones at MyDPins. So glad I got them when I did.
It's hard to be descriptive where in Frank's but basically one of the vendors against the wall walking towards the autograph entrance.
I opened up my Arcee and wow do her guns feel tight in her closed hands. I'll have to shave off the gun a little a bit. I feel like I'm gonna break her hand if I pull the gun off too hard.
If youre gonna double, I HIGHLY recommend just buying the Takara import. Such a sweet little figure. Direct homage to the G1 / Animated movie... I have mine with Gen. Springer. Looks perfect.
If you have an "Ollies" close by GO NOW! I got her for $6.99, and they had that entire wave for that price. I searched everywhere when she came out, and never saw her. Now Ollies has so, so many of that entire wave. Peeps on the FB group first mentioned her being there at that price. I didn't really believe it. But sure enough...
My dad ordered me a trio of Fembots for Christmas which weren't suppose to come till next week but instead my brother ended up opening the package and now I have early Christmas presents. Anyway... I know there are two variants of the Arcee figure but I totally forgot which one has the issue with the hands breaking. Mine is the open hands version which I think is the good one but I want to make sure before I go putting weapons into her hands. Right now I'm being cautious and keeping her weapons plugged into the legs or on her arms. Also I thought there was a way to store her swords on her back but I'm not seeing that in the instructions. There are sort of pegs for it but there doesn't seem to be enough clearance to make that work. Yeah they do not want to peg in there on mine. They peg into the sides of the arms just fine but I don't think they're actually meant to store on the back. For some reason the right transformation joint keeps wanting to transform itself when I'm trying to use the hip joint. All the other joints of the figure seem to be fine but I haven't actually attempted transformation yet. I'm going to do that now before I continue... So I've mostly transformed her. Another thing the instructions don't show is that there are places to store the guns under the vehicle mode and it's kind of weird that the instructions don't show that because one of them is actually part of the transformation. The pegs on the side of one of the guns Arcee is suppose to hold onto to keep her arms in place. Otherwise they're just sort of sitting there. I don't have this part transformed correctly myself because again I'm not sure if my open hand version is the good or not so I'm just not using them. Also, yeah all the joints on her are great except that one hip that wants to transform on it's own. I've also just realized that the peg holes I was trying to use for sword storage in robot mode are completely useless in vehicle mode too so they must be intended to store the swords on the back in robot mode and yet I can't get them to peg in while she's in robot mode. There's also not really a good place to store them in vehicle mode. I put them in the legs where I had the guns in robot mode. There's two other ports on the top rear of the car but they look even worse up there. Anyway, I love the fact that there's seats, a steering wheel, and other little dash board things molded into the interior of her vehicle mode. There's a few odd black scuff marks on this figure but otherwise she's fine. This is honestly my most anticipated Generations figure. Considering it took Hasbro 30 years to make this, her being mentioned as Rattrap's great aunt in my favorite series, the fact that I never saw her in stores and am only just now getting her, the fact that I've been collecting the Comics from the 30th anniversary line because this is the only means I have to get the comics. Out of all of them this is the one that I wanted the most... which is also why I'm being extremely cautions about her hands. Now I'm going to display her next to her nephew.
