Season 2, Episode 14- Triple Alliance

Jetfire and the Arialbots sat about, not doing much. Breakaway turned the channel on the small TV, watching it carefully. "How can you watch that garbage?" Skydive asked, sitting beside him. Breakaway looked at him. "Come on. It's interesting." He said. Skydive scoffed. "How is some fat Italian man making cakes interesting?" He asked. Breakaway pointed. "Just watch." He said. Skydive scoffed. "I'd rather not." He said.

Jetfire turned and looked at them. "You know, I can do much more than listen to you two bicker." He snapped. Skydive looked up. "Then why don't we do something? Rodimus hasn't assigned us anything to do. I'm sure people have forgotten about us!" He said. Breakaway looked at the two of them separately. "Why don't we do SOMETHING?" He asked. "If we're tired of being cooped up, why don't we go?"

Jetfire looked at him. "Rodimus might need us." He said. Skydive scoffed. "If he didn't need us for the last few weeks, he won't now." He said. Jetfire looked away. "Well, I guess it couldn't hurt..." He said. Breakaway leapt up. "Then it's an Arialbot's night out!" He yelled. Skydive turned to look at him. "If you'll do that, I'm not going." He remarked.

Straxus stepped back and looked at the damaged ship. It's been nearly five hours since the faithful events, and the ship was on the way to recovery. The warlord stood inside of the fenced-off area, spotlights lighting the area. Darkness fell fast, forcing them to use their spotlights.

Straxus walked over to the end of the ship. Vehicons were busy repairing the engines, due to the Vehicon commander making a mistake. He simply watched. The engineers saw him, but were surprised he wasn't yelling at them. He had better ideas.

Thunderwing. How far have you fallen. Once a proud Decepticon lieutenant. Now a bounty for anyone's grab. Straxus frowned. What did he do wrong? He gave Thunderwing many chances, so why did he betray us? One obvious reason. He didn't have a tight enough grip. He needed to show his dominance over these fools.

That HAD to be the solution. It made the most sense.

Slipstream idly approached Straxus. Breakdown at her side, as usual. "Lord Straxus!" She said. The warlord instantly whipped around and backhanded her. She cried out and fell to the ground. "Shut up!" He yelled. "I'm thinking here!"

Breakdown instantly went to help her, but Straxus shook his head. "Leave her. She needs to grow a spine and do things herself." The warlord said. Breakdown frowned, but stepped back. "As you wish." He said softly.

Straxus looked in Breakdown's eyes. "Get me the Insecticons and Skyquake. I have tasks for them." He ordered. The brute nodded. "Of course." He muttered. He quickly scrambled off, wanting to get away from the seemingly angrier Straxus.

The warlord looked at Slipstream. "Oh, get up!" He ordered. Slipstream groaned and scrambled to her feet, rubbing her damaged cheek. "That... that hurt." She said softly. Straxus looked at her menacing. "Do you want to hurt even more?" He asked.

The Seeker raised her hands, telling him no. Straxus stood and looked at the damaged ship. "That treacherous fool thinks he's disabled us." He said. Slipstream looked. What was he looking at? "Yep." Slipstream said. Straxus growled. "This only assists in our plan." He said. Slipstream approached him. "Plan?" She asked. Straxus looked at her. "That's right. I didn't tell anyone." He said.

He walked towards the ship, the second-in-command behind him. "As we know, there's been an orb. And we need it back. We have shards, but I need the entire thing. I need the POWER!" He bellowed. Slipstream slouched, trying not to get involved. "I felt the orb's touch." He said. He suddenly turned and looked at Slipstream with a mad look in his eye. "It told me of it's power. And how I could use it." He continued. Slipstream went cold. "And I CAN use it!" He continued. "I'll wipe the Autobots from this earth and we can live happily forever after!"

Slipstream back up. "Y-you're scaring me." She said softly. Straxus groaned and rubbed his head. "Right. Sorry about that. Ever since I absorbed the orb's power, I haven't felt.... right." He said. Slipstream cocked her head at her. Straxus saw her and grinned. "Don't give me that look." He said. The Seeker tilted back, and sighed. "You'll never be happy, will You?" She asked. Straxus went cruel again. "Stop moping." He ordered. "When we kill the Autobots, we'll return to Cybertron as heroes. Then I'll be happy." Slipstream nodded. "Right." She murmured.

Triggerhappy growled at the Vehicons didn't respond. Two stood outside Medical, guarding. "Why can't I go in?!" He asked angrily. One looked at him. "It is a secret." He said. Triggerhappy scowled and tried to go in again.

Again, they stopped him. Triggerhappy was about ready to pull his gun out and get through himself, but he'd better keep his calm. "You're not letting me in, are you?" He asked. The left Vehicon looked at him. "No. Straxus' orders." He replied simply.

Triggerhappy frowned, but knew they wouldn't let him through. He turned and walked away from them, down the hall. "I've got something better to do anyway." He muttered.

Halfway down, he saw a familiar shadow creeping along the walls. Airachnid's Energon lights were a dead giveaway, but any fool could misinterpret it. "Heard about your buddy." She remarked. Triggerhappy scowled and kept walking. "Don't have time for gloating." He said. She might have said something, but the assassin kept going. Ignoring the murderer and keeping his own task in mind. Until one word from the female's mouth.

    "Sorry."

Triggerhappy looked at her, who actually had a truthful look on her face. She still crept in the shadows, but he could tell she was sincere. He gave her a nod, then kept going.

The demons stood back. Their work was finished. Their beady red eyes stared at the innocent soul they'd torment. Their grotesque voices muttered to each other as they stared at the innocent soul. The soul didn't do anything. It was innocent. And yet the demons filled it full of damnation. Inside was a crying mind, begging to be killed. But the demons didn't want to do it abruptly. They wanted to sink their knifes in.

    "We're nearly done."

Silas looked at a MECH operative who said it. "Good. How long until the project is finished?" He asked. The operative looked at his charts. "The suit itself is done. But it needs to be tested." He reported. Silas smirked. "And we have the perfect test subject." He said.

He stood on his scaffolding and looked at Override. "Alien!" He yelled. The Cybertronian slowly raised her head. "What?" She asked coldly. Under her left eye, they didn't fix the hole they cut, so it revealed the inner workings of her face, particularly her eye. Silas grinned. "You're bitter. Are you hurt that badly?" He asked. She growled and tried to lunge at him, but her restraints weighed her down. Silas chuckled. "Angry. It looks like you're ready." He replied. He motioned to a MECH operative, who pressed some buttons.

Override gasped as her restraints fell away, surprised. She landed on her stomach with a guttural grunt. She shook as she tried to stand, falling victim to lack of Energon. She made it to her feet, but couldn't really move. Her legs refused to cooperate, as they haven't moved in a few days.

She forced them to work, and she turned towards Silas. Her eye twitched as she balled her hands into fists. Silas raised his hand. "Ah ah ah." He said. "You probably want to splatter me on the scaffolding, but you can't." Override glared. "Watch me." She muttered.

The clatter of guns made her pull back. They had weaponry to stop Cybertronians. They'd no doubt use them on her. She looked over her shoulder at them. Two catwalks were full of soldiers. Their laser pointers were aimed on her, ready to blow her to pieces. She sighed and realized she couldn't do anything right now.

Silas chuckled and walked forward. "You're full of anger. That's good." He said. He brushed his fingers along Override's metal stomach. "Your features are stunning." He said. "Your design is superb. Your slim and elegant design is able to contain the complex system of your race. Impressive." She groaned with disgust and stumbled back.

"Stop touching ME!" She said. She tripped on her own feet and fell on her back with a grunt. She moaned and rubbed her left leg. It was covered in saw marks and needle holes, so she couldn't walk. She was breathing hard, trying to contain herself. She wanted to lay there forever, she hurt so bad. From the scaffold, Silas looked at her. "You better get up." He said. "We're doing a test." Override looked at him. "What TEST?!" She yelled.

On cue, something thundered behind her. She rolled her head back to see a Vehicon. But it wasn't any Vehicon. It looked like it was welded together. A large bullet hole was on its chest, but a yellow glow filled the space. She closed her eyes and shook her head. "No. No no no no!" She said. Silas smirked. "It's fight or die." He said. Override let out a pained groan as she stood again. She didn't want to fight. She was too weak. But the Vehicon raised its fists, ready to go.

The white tundra stretched for miles. Rarely populated, it bore no life forms within its range, aside from a bird that lost its way. The calming area was not enough to contain the malevolent force that stood on it.

Bombshell groaned. "I don't get why he sent ALL THREE of us." He said. Kickback growled. "Stop complaining." He snapped. Shrapnel looked at the largest. "Yeah. It's hard to read this thing without you complaining." He said. Bombshell scoffed. "Oh, SORRY." He said sarcastically.

Kickback snarled and shoved over a mound of ice. Shrapnel looked at him and gave him a confused look. "That wasn't very threatening." The smaller Insecticon said. Kickback looked at him and snarled. The Insecticon inched a few feet back, regretting his words. Kickback turned and looked at them. "Now hurry up. I have a locked-on signal. And I DON'T want to lose it!" He said.

Shrapnel looked at him. "And why is it such a major issue?" He asked. Kickback looked at him. "The traitor destroyed our Energon stockpile. So Straxus wants us to get more." He replied. "If we don't get it, Straxus will have my head." Bombshell scoffed. "That might be an improvement." He mumbled.

A loud thunk was heard as Kickback dropped the Energon tracker. He turned and started towards Bombshell, unfurling his claws. Shrapnel started to get in his way, but the larger Insecticon shoved him aside. Kickback approached Bombshell, an angry look in his visor. "You take credit for my kill, you take over as commander of my Insecticons... WHAT ELSE is there to do?!" Kickback asked. Bombshell chuckled. "You're an annoyance. Once you're out of the way, then I'll be happy."

Kickback glared at him. "Not going to happen." He said. Bombshell leaned in. "I beg to differ." He said. Shrapnel got between the two. "We need to work together here." He said. Kickback and Bombshell stared at each other for a good five seconds before the winged Insecticon turned and grabbed the Energon tracker. Silence was between the three, and nobody dared to break it. Kickback simply walked forward, after the Energon signature.

The other two followed, slow in their tracks. "I should've went with Skyquake..." Shrapnel muttered.
    _________
Speaking of the air commander, Skyquake flew high above Peru. His thruster burned a trail if fire as he shot past the Peruvian ruins. He was more interested in another set of ruins. Or at least, Straxus was. He was simply following orders.

Flying high over the Andes mountains, the commander didn't stop. He was in no mood to take a sightseeing tour of the mountains. Snow covered them. Snow was cold. Skyquake hates the cold. Flying higher to avoid the cold climate of the mountains, he was suddenly on his target. The Decepticon transformed and hovered down, using the jet turbine on his back.

His feet hit land, and he looked around. All it was a bunch of old ruins. A large temple stood before him. The stairs were massive, as if for a Cybertronian. Curiosity overcame common sense, and he started up the stairs. The pillars holding the ceiling up were very familiar. Cybertronian glyphs were etched into them, most likely by the Incan builders. But why?

Skyquake stopped to read it. It was very ancient writing, but he could decipher words that haven't changed. "World.... power of the..... powered.... sun.... matrix.... metal gods..... temple." He head aloud, running his finger under each glyph. Weird. He continued up, reading every known glyph he could see. Each mentioned a 'sun god' and something about a matrix. Very weird.

He reached the top, and looked around. It was a massive roof. Giant stone pillars the size of the Harbinger's engines held up a massive room, Cybertronian glyphs etched into it. A strange circle was on the ground, with a single word.

    "Stand." He read aloud.

Skyquake walked up and stood where it said to. His shadow was casted by the sun in the ground below, when something caught his eye. Something behind him. He turned and looked at what it was. Some sort of magnifying glass or something. Again, a single word. "Source." He said to himself. Is thus what Straxus wanted? Surely not. All the warlord requested was a homing beacon be set up.

An order he went through with. Placing the Cybertronian tech on one of the pillars, Skyquake stepped back. That was easy. He started to walk away when the floor suddenly fell away. Trapdoor. He could've easily transformed, but we wanted to see what was at the bottom.

He hit, landing in something. The Energon lights on his body were enough to partially illuminate the room. The room was strangely shiny. And gold. Skyquake's eyes went wide. Gold! He knelt down and started grabbing handfuls of it. It was an impulse thing, but exciting. Skyquake wondered what he could do with it. Donate it into a museum? Melt it to help the starving on Cybertron? Make custom bullets? That was an easy answer.

He started moving beyond the gold coins to diamonds and rubies that also littered the area. Then the shocker. Laying on a pile of jade was a skeleton. It was wearing rotting clothes, indicating it was an Incan soldier. Skyquake reacted with disgust and moved elsewhere. Another skeleton. Then another. Then another. The entire room was littered with the dead. The Energon lights barley lit the room, so there was probably more. Skyquake stumbled to leave when he saw it. A familiar face. It's empty eyes stared back, its horns curling around its head. "By the AllSpark..." Skyquake said under his breath.

Override grunted as the thing threw her against the east wall. Her body refused to cooperate, even when she was getting the stuffing beat out of her. The Vehicon was weird. He was way more agile and vicious than other Vehicons, which was weird. The thing looked like it was taken apart and welded back together. Its Energon lights were a dull yellow appose to the usual crimson red.

It stood over her, staring at her blankly. The female gritted her teeth and forced her body to move. The Vehicon didn't seem to be bothered by her movements. She balled her hands into fists. She rarely went hand-to-hand, but now it was important.

The Vehicon popped its neck and stood, ready to take her. Override swung high, a clear aim to the head. With the way the Vehicon stood, it would've taken it. But the soldier blocked her blow, with a simple move of grabbing her wrist. Override reacted with surprise, before she grunted as the Vehicon punched her in the stomach.

Before she could even fall, the Vehicon delivered three more blows to her, a forth shattering the crystal on her forehead. "No!" She yelled as the particles fell to the ground. The Vehicon delivered a final kick, slamming into her stomach with a sickening crack.

She flew back and went headfirst into Silas' scaffolding. Silas leapt down and grinned. "Oh, was that crystal important?" He asked. Override glared, but was too busy trying to recover. Silas chuckled and walked towards the Vehicon. "A gift from your partner Bluestreak, no doubt?" He asked. Override sat up. "H-how do y-you know?" She asked softly. Silas chuckled. "I have my ways."

He looked at the Vehicon. "The experiment was a success." He said aloud. Much to Override's surprise, the chest of the Decepticon opened. Instead of a Spark Chamber, a MECH operative crawled out. Override's eyes went wide. "What are you DOING?!" She asked frantically. Silas looked at her. "The future. That YOU helped create!" He announced. The MECH operative walked up to her. "Our time studying you allowed us to finish our project. And with the kind donations from Mr. H....."

Silas grinned. "I don't know how H does it, but he gives us these test subjects." He said. The MECH operative walked towards Silas. "Test run successful." He said.

Silas smirked and looked at the MECH soldiers. "It's our day!" He yelled. Everyone stopped what they were doing, and started cheering. Silas grinned and embraced the crowd. They chanted their words, celebrating their new achievement.

Silas waved his hand. Two more Vehicons appeared, each mangled and deformed in their own way. Bullet holes, sword slices, and straight-up punches in between. They lurched towards Override, blank look in their visors. They picked her up and carried her back to her operating table. She was way too tired to fight back.

As they secured her back into her bonds, Silas approached her and watched. They finished, lurching away. The Human grinned and chuckled. "Tomorrow is the day your help will come into play. You'll help in our conquest, so thank you alien. For all your help." He said. Override flashed him a nasty glare. "I'll smear you like an insect..." She muttered.

Silas started laughing. "You're a funny one. But don't worry. You'll see your friends again, and watch what you helped create." He said. Override gritted her teeth, growling. Silas walked away from her. "But you will participate in the mass murder of humans and your race alike." He called.

A large grin spread across Silas' face as Override screamed in anger.
    ___________
    "We're close."

The Insecticons tromped through the snow, on trail of an Energon hit. The Energon meter rang like crazy, vibrating. Kickback's visor scanned the location, trying to find the source of the spike. Nothing but the white blanket.

Shrapnel looked around. "So where is it?" He asked. Kickback looked at him. "Buried, most likely." He replied. Bombshell crossed his arms across his chest. "Too bad. Let's go." He said. Kickback glared at him. "We dig." He said. Bombshell waved his hand in the air. "Not me. You simpletons can go ahead and dig. I'm not." He said.

Kickback snarled. "If we're going to dig, all of us will." He said. Bombshell shook his head. "Nope." He replied. Kickback shook, his anger overcoming any other emotion. He turned around started towards Bombshell. "And why ever NOT?" He asked angrily. Bombshell scoffed. "I'm more dignified than that. I'm made for leading a team, not manual labor." He said. Kickback growled. "You'll be made for bleeding, here in a minute." He said.

Shrapnel stepped between the two. "Maybe I should dig." He said. Kickback scoffed. "Might as well. Bombshell here doesn't want to lift a finger." He said. Bombshell raised a fist. "I'll rip off your fingers if you keep going." He shot back. Shrapnel grinned awkwardly and put his hands on each of their shoulders. "Now guys. Let me go ahead and dig. You guys just stay here and don't kill eachother." He said.

Shrapnel ran towards where the spike was, and started digging. The other two remained in the same place. Bombshell glared. "You'd better lay off. I'm not afraid to rip the Spark from your chest." He remarked. Kickback snickered. "Let's see who does it first. You, or me." He remarked.
    ________
    "See? This is FUN!"

Jetfire watched as Breakaway slid down a rock hill, the granite sliding after him. Skydive facepalmed. "There's something wrong with him." He muttered. Jetfire leaned in his cane and looked at the medic. "Breakaway's..... unique." He remarked. Skydive sighed and looked around. "So how is this fun?" He asked. "Breakaway is doing death-defying stunts, and he expects us to go along with it."

Jetfire sighed and looked at the bottom. Breakaway was waving his hands, trying to get them to done down. Skydive grunted and crossed his arms across his chest. "This is stupid." He remarked. Jetfire looked at the rock slide. "I suppose it's not that long of a drop." He remarked. Skydive looked at him. "You're really not..." He started.

Jetfire looked at him. "If Breakaway finds this fun, who am I to tell him otherwise?" He said. Skydive sighed. "Guess I'm behind you. I guess it's better than dealing with those stupid Protoforms." He muttered.

Jetfire stood tall, straightening his hunch. He grasped his cane further up the shaft, and started walking forward. He put his let off the edge, and cried out as the rocks gave. The older bot lost his footing and fell. Skydive went poker face as he watched Jetfire roll down the hill.

Breakaway watched in terror as his boss fell. He rolled, the rocks sliding along side of him. He plowed down trees, as he was going that fast. Rocks followed him, sliding down the hill. Jetfire grunted as a boulder smashed him in the teeth.

Breakaway dove aside as the large Autobot crashed into a clump of trees on the bottom of the drop. Jetfire rolled on his back and grunted. His wings crunched as he settled, pain throbbing through his body. The scout looked at him, a regretful look on his face.

Jetfire coughed and struggled to stand. He groped for his cane, but couldn't find it. Breakaway chuckled awkwardly. "Oops." He said. Jetfire scowled and reacted with disgust. He struggled to get up, rolling side to side.

He eventually rolled into place, sitting on the ground. He found his cane a few feet away, and grabbed it. He found his way up, and brushed the gravel off of his armor. Breakaway stood back, afraid of what could happen. Jetfire had a fuse, but it was a long one.

The older Autobot leaned on his cane and stepped forward, evening himself out. Breakaway cleared his throat and stepped forward. "Are you okay?" He asked. Jetfire throatily sighed. "We're leaving." He mumbled. Skydive suddenly thundered, transforming to the ground. "You okay, boss?" He asked.

Jetfire didn't reply as he transformed, shooting away. Breakaway frowned. "I didn't know Jetfire could get mad." He said. Skydive snickered. "You're the one to do it." He remarked. He then transformed, shooting towards the sky.

Breakaway was left alone. He still frowned, unable to process what happened. Jetfire was usually calm and wise, never mad. Guess he dropped the ball. Good going, Breakaway. He unwillingly transformed, and flew after them.
    _________
Kickback watched Bombshell carefully, making sure he didn't try anything. He knew Bombshell could easily rip him in half, but Kickback would give a fighting chance. It's obvious. Kickback WAS a superior force, right? He could take Bombshell. Not kill him necessarily, but neuter him enough to drive him down.

    "Kickback!"

The Insecticon's thoughts were broken. He turned to see Shrapnel, a tired look on his face. "What is it?" He asked. Shrapnel pointed. "I found it! It's a HUGE chunk!" He said ecstatically. Kickback looked at him funny. "Why aren't you telling Bombshell?" He asked. Shrapnel shrugged. "You seem to be more interested in the assignment." He said.

Kickback shoved past him and looked into the hole. It was deep, but he saw the glowing chunk at the bottom. He motioned to Shrapnel. "Help me." He ordered.

Over time, the chunk of life force was extracted. The jagged chunk was excellently large, and was charged. At each touch, it sent shockwaves through the Insecticon's hands. Kickback looked at the chunk and felt proud. "I knew the chunk was worth it." He said. Shrapnel rubbed his hands together. "Agreed, my friend. Is there any more left?" He asked.

Kickback looked at him. "I didn't see anything." He said. Shrapnel shrugged. "Couldn't hurt to look." He said. Idly, Kickback walked towards the hole. The snow crunched under his feet at each step. He peered down the hole. Some melted Energon residue lingered, but it was nothing to get excited about.

He was about to turn around when something struck him in the back of the head. He cried out as he fell forward, into the hole. He hit the ground with a grunt and tried to scramble up. He glanced up, and saw Bombshell and Shrapnel standing at the top.

"You'll just get in the way!" Bombshell said. "So I plotted you out of the picture. Now I can take control." Shrapnel grinned. "I hate to do it, but Bombshell has the right idea. And I join the fittest." He said. Kickback snarled. "You let me out if here!" He said. Bombshell grabbed a handful of snow.

"Sure." He said. He dropped the handful into the hole, watching it. The clump landed on Kickback's forehead, and was brushed off. The two above started piling snow in, burying the Insecticon. He struggled to scramble up and flap his wings, but they were too fast. He let out a cry of anger as the snow buried his head.

Bombshell patted the mound, the hole filled. "Problem solved." He said. Shrapnel grinned and snickered. "My pleasure." He said. Bombshell shook his associate's hand and transformed, hauling the hunk of Energon behind him. Shrapnel followed, making sure the Energon wasn't dropped.

No turncoats. At least, not yet.

Season 2, Episode 15- Government takeover

Dylan paced outside of his home. It was 3:30, a half hour after Lindsey's school got out. Why would she be late? This isn't like her. He watched the horizon carefully. Eventually, Lindsey's frame appeared from the edge of the driveway.

He crossed his arms across his chest and frowned as she approached. The girl didn't look hurt or anything bad. Lindsey grinned when she approached her dad. "Hey dad." She said cheerily.

Dylan scowled. "And where have you been?" He asked. Lindsey shrugged. "At a friend's house." She replied. Dylan looked at his watch. "You're a half hour late." He said. Lindsey smiled and scoffed. "Cut me some slack." She said

Dylan sighed and walked towards the house. "I expect you to he home on time. You know what is around here." He said. Lindsey looked at him. "Like what?" She asked. Her father turned and looked at her as if she was crazy. "There's bears, cougars, those creepy old men at the general store, and not to mention natural things like rock slides and falling trees."

Lindsay burst out laughing. "Falling TREES?!" She blurted. "You're funny!" Dylan sighed and walked towards the house. By the time he closed the door, the girl was still laughing.
    ________
Bombshell fell before Straxus. The warlord narrowed his eyes at the Insecticon. "So you say Kickback just left?" He asked. Bombshell rose his head. "Yes, lord Straxus." He said. Straxus stepped away from him and walked to his bay window.

Shockwave watched from afar, his yellow eye illuminating the darkness. "And you're sure?" He asked his creations. Bombshell remained on the floor and nodded. "100%. Ask Shrapnel. He knows." He said.

Behind Bombshell was Shrapnel, nervously rubbing his hands together. While a bootlicker, Shrapnel wasn't that great at lying. So his spark skipped when he heard Straxus yell his name.

Without even looking, Straxus knew he had fear over Shrapnel. "Is that true, Shrapnel?" Straxus asked again. Bombshell turned and looked at Shrapnel. A look of 'lie or I'll rip your throat out.' Shrapnel cleared his throat and chuckled. "Of course, my liege." He said nervously.

Straxus turned around. "Good." He said. "I knew I couldn't trust Bombshell, but your word DEFIANTLY makes me trust you two." Deception was in his voice. But Shrapnel couldn't tell. He was just glad that Straxus believed him. Shockwave stared at the two, not believing them.

The warlord reclaimed his seat. "You best tell your Insecticon armies the news." He said. Bombshell rose to his feet. "Of course." He said. "Good idea." The two quickly walked out of the room, without a second thought.

Shockwave emerged from the shadows and approached Straxus. "And you believe them?" He asked. Straxus started laughing. "Of course not." He said midway through his chuckle.

Shockwave trained his eye on him. "And you let them get away with it?" He asked. Straxus looked at the scientist. "Kickback needs to grow a spine and rise against Bombshell. That is, if Bombshell hadn't already ripper it out." He said. Shockwave nodded and looked away. "If that us your wish, who am I to go against it." He said.

Triggerhappy stepped into the hallway. He had a plan. He walked towards the medical ward, ready to execute his plan. The two Vehicons still stood, looking around. As he approached, they sighed and stood alert.

"Still not getting in." The one on the left said. Triggerhappy shrugged. "Sure." He relied.

Triggerhappy stepped over the dead bodies, bullet holes in each of their heads. He holstered his pistol and stepped in. It was dark, which wasn't normal. He walked around, looking around. Empty and quiet. He saw an open doorway, which was flooded with light. He walked towards it, and gasped.

Flatline and Breakdown stood, around a tube. And in the tube..... Overrun. He was alive. His Energon lights flashed, indicating he was either reviving from a stasis lock. He walked in and shoved past the two, looking at the tube. "How did you..." Triggerhappy started. Flatline grinned and chuckled. "Say hello to Overrun, back from the dead."

Lindsey walked down the trail leading to the crash site. It was well worn by Cybertronian feet, as flattened shrubs and grass made the path. It was a well forested area, making the crashed ship nearly invisible, save for some of the roof and antenna.

As the girl stepped on the drop leading to the crater the ship crashed in, she marveled the sight she's seen so many times before. Two Autotroopers stood in front, guarding the usual front door. She approached them, smile on her face.

"Hey Siren. Hey Shell." She said. Siren looked at her. "Hey Lindsey." She said. Shell knelt before the girl. "How are you doing?" He asked. Lindsey shrugged. "Could be better. But I'm fine." She replied.

Siren pointed. "Rodimus wants you. Hallway B in the med ward." She reported. Lindsey nodded. "Gotcha." She said. Shell looked at the girl. "Quickly, do you have any stories today?" He asked. Lindsey shook her head. "No. Not today, I'm afraid." She said. Shell sighed. "Fine." He said.

The girl bid then farewells, then went through the doorway.
    _______
The halls weren't crowded, which was odd. They were usually filled with roaming Autotroopers. She started down hallway B, where she was suppose to go. Life happened finally, as Autotroopers began to become more apparent. They did their usual business, talking and being social.

She looked around, at the individual Autobots in the hall. They were too busy to talk, doing their daily tasks. Lindsey recognized each of them, feeling bad that nobody else could. She quickly hurried past them, and down the hall to the medical ward.

The room was a large, white building. It was very similar to an actual hospital. It smelled of rubber and metal, a very overpowering smell to the girl. But she was too captivated by the sight that greeted her. Four brings sat in the room. Rodimus, Hoist, Red Alert, and.... Thunderwing.

Her mouth hung open as she looked at the tan being that sat before Rodimus. The Prime sat a mere feet away from him, on a bench. Hoist was standing behind him, using his blowtorch on something. Red Alert leaned against the wall, a disgusted look on her face. She didn't look too happy.

Lindsey approached Rodimus, curious. "Uh... do you know there's a Decepticon in front of you?" She asked. Hoist looked up from his work. "We call know." He remarked. Thunderwing looked up, in Rodimus' direction. "I understand your group doesn't wish to accept me." He started to say. Red Alert scoffed. "You're correct." She muttered.

Rodimus ignored her and put a hand on Thunderwing's shoulder. "Don't worry. They'll learn to accept you, Thunderwing." He said. Red Alert scoffed again and walked out of the room. As soon as she left, Lindsey looked at Rodimus.

"So how did this happen?" She asked. Thunderwing looked in her direction. "I recognize your voice." He said. "I now realize you were correct about my true thoughts. Betrayal was on my horizon, and I failed to embrace it."

Lindsey half-smiled. "Well, I'm glad you finally embraced it. Welcome to the good side." She said. Rodimus looked at Lindsey. "Hoist is currently repairing Thunderwing's vision drone. It was damaged in combat." He reported.

Hoist looked up. "It's a complicated machine, but I'm surprised in figuring it out." He said. Thunderwing hunched his form. "It is ancient Decepticon technology. Employed to me after my accident." He said. Lindsey jumped up onto the bench Rodimus sat on. "How DID you lose your eyesight?" She asked. Thunderwing closed his mouth and looked to the side. Silence filled the room until his lips parted. "It is a long story." He said softly.

    SIMFIR PORT, 20 YEARS AGO
Thunderwing stood before a group of three Decepticons. Call it... illegal, but they were accepting a shipment from a 3rd party. Thunderwing stepped closer, shoving past some Decepticons. "How long before it arrives?" He asked.

The Decepticon known as Divebomb looked at him. "Soon. I just hope he didn't screw us over." He said. Hooligan looked at Divebomb. "What was his name again?" He asked. The yellow Seeker looked at his wrist. "Swindle." He reported. Hooligan cackled. "That's a name that's trustable." He said. Thunderwing waved his hands at them. "Shut up!" He snapped. "Do you want anyone to hear us?"

Divebomb raised a brow at the larger Seeker. "Who cares?" He asked. "When we get the stuff, Megatron'll welcome us as heroes." Thunderwing glared. "It isn't that easy. Megatron is thick-headed and won't accept it beforehand. He would be on our cases right now." He said. Hooligan chuckled. "He's too busy fantasizing about killing Prime." He said.

The three went quiet as the large barge approached. Hovering, is approached the port. It docked and a ramp extended. They stared as the infamous playboy mogul approached them. A wide grin was spread across his face as he approached. His purple Energon lights reflected off of the Seekers' armor, nearly blinding them. He looked at the three, then chuckled.

"So I take it you're the customers?" He asked. Thunderwing stepped forward. "I called the order." He said. Swindle grinned and waved to his henchmen. "Thrust, Dirge, bring the supplies." He ordered. The red and blue henchmen came forward with crates. They kinda looked like the infamous Starscream.

Swindle patted the crate. "Fresh from the Quints." He said. "I have no idea what it is, but I hope you enjoy it." Swindle narrowed his eyes and grinned. "First one's free." He said. Thunderwing stepped closer and eyed the crate. He motioned to Divebomb, who brought a case of Cybertronian cash. Dirge grabbed the case and brought it closer to them.

Swindle cracked the case and grinned at the flashing gold in the case. Thunderwing looked at the case they brought. "And it's tested?" He asked. Swindle counted the coins and nodded. "Yeah, sure." He said, not paying attention.

Thunderwing opened the case and looked at the powder inside of it. Hooligan looked at it. "Is that Praxus powder?" He asked. Thunderwing took a punch of it. "No. It's a special powder straight from Quintessa, which is meant to be used as a powerful gunpowder." He explained.

He grabbed one of his guns and opened the cartridge, pouring the special powder in. In the background, Swindle motioned to Dirge and Thrust to move the crate into the bridge. Swindle looked at the Decepticons. "I'll watch the demonstration." He said. His two henchmen stood behind him and also watched.

Thunderwing held his rocket launcher to the sky and aimed. He grinned and pulled the trigger.

Divebomb and Hooligan cringed as a flash filled the area, carried by an explosion. Thunderwing screamed and dropped his gun. He grabbed his face and kept screaming, stumbling around.

Swindle chuckled nervously. "Huh. Well, time to go!" He said aloud. He turned and booked it towards the barge, shoving past Dirge and Thrust. The two Decepticon Seekers aimed their cannons and fired at them, trying to stop Swindle.

But he went below ground, leaving the two henchmen to fight. They returned fire as the barge took off, trying to hold. The Seekers kept on, despite Thunderwing's cries. The barge was too far away, but Dirge screamed as he was hit, falling off the bridge and to the surface below.

When the barge was too far away, Divebomb returned to Thunderwing. He grabbed the Seeker's shoulder and spun him around. "Are you okay?" He asked. Thunderwing removed his hand and revealed the sight. His eyes were burnt out leaving two black, smoldering holes. "I'm BLIND!" He yelled.
    _________
Lindsey sat back as Thunderwing finished. He sighed and sat tall. "And that's it." He said. Lindsey felt bad for him. A simple desire to make his side better costed him his vision. She leaned forward and put her hand on his arm. Thunderwing looked in that direction and grinned slightly. "I appreciate your support." He said.

Before the girl could speak again, Red Alert came into the room. "Uh, Rodmus?" She asked. The Prime looked at her. "You need to see this." She said.
    ________
Rodimus stood, agog. The screens before him showed something awful. "ROBOTS!" A peppy newscaster said. She was a typical overly-energetic peppy blond. "Reports from Washington DC say robots have invaded the city! They're demanding no military interference, or else they'll destroy the monuments. WHAT do they want?" She said.

Rodimus frowned. "Are the Decepticons this crazy?" Red Alert asked. "Those are Vehicons." Rodimus crossed his arms across his chest. "I don't know." He said. "We need to help, but we can't show ourselves." Red Alert looked at him. "We can't let them destroy the American's base of operations." She said. Rodimus sighed and looked at her. She was serious.

Rodimus nodded. "Of course." He said. "We'll send our warriors. Me, you, and Swerve. The Arielbots can't get interfered if they're threatening the humans." Red Alert nodded. "We have to be quick." She said. She looked at Rodimus. "Are you ready to reveal ourselves to the world?" She asked. Rodimus shook his head. "No. But if it's our only choice, then we'll have to do it." He said.

Red Alert stepped closer. "Do you think the human's army will accept us?" She asked. The Prime shrugged. "Probably not." He said. The medic suddenly got paranoid thoughts. "What if they kill us? T-they might want to destroy us!" She said.

Rodimus put a hand on her shoulder. "Calm down." He said. "We'll be fine. There's just three of us, I'll make sure we're safe." Red Alert sighed and grabbed his hand. "Sorry. I-I just got a bad thought." She explained. Rodimus smiled. "Keep calm. We'll be fine." He said. The medic looked at him. "How is that assuring?" She asked.

Rodimus leaned forward and kissed her on the cheek. "That's it." He said, pulling back. Red smiled and put her head down. "Thanks." She said softly.
    __________
Skyquake transformed and skidded to a halt when he reached the ship. As soon as he touched, he ran into the ship. He shoved past the Vehicons and other Decepticons as he made his way to Straxus' throne room.

He shoved the doors open, and stomped in. The Vehicons guarding looked at him, and didn't pay attention. Straxus sat in the shadows, his eyes and Energon lights illuminated in the dark. "I take it you accomplished the task?" He asked.

Skyquake nodded. "Yes. The tracker is in place, but... I saw something." He said. Straxus raised his head. "Oh?" He asked. Skyquake stumbled around, trying to explain himself. Gold coins fell from the panels in his armor. "I put it there, but I found a trapdoor. And there was gold, and dead humans." He explained.

"But then I saw... you won't believe me, but I saw... Liege Maximo!" He yelled. Straxus didn't move. "I know." He said. Skyquake raised a brow. "What? How did YOU know?" He asked. Straxus finally rose, walking out of the shadows. Skyquake saw the warlord had words and symbols carved into his arms.

"Legends say Liege Maximo came here to find the Matrix. But was found by the disgusting humans known as Incas. They treated him as a god, and gave them their riches." Straxus said. Skyquake looked around, then back to his master. "Why didn't you tell us?" He asked.

Straxus smiled and chuckled. "If you haven't noticed, this organization is all about secrets. I can't tell you everything, so I expect you to discover things yourself." He said. Skyquake frowned and walked to the left. "That doesn't make any sense." He said.

Straxus reclaimed his seat. "You'll know eventually." He said. Skyquake trained his eyes away from Straxus. "Right. Whatever you say." He said. He turned and walked out of the room. Outside, he shuddered and shook his head. "Weird. " He said under his breath.
    _____________
Rodimus walked out of the trail, Red Alert and Swerve behind him. Three Autotroopers also followed. "So why am I going?" Swerve asked. Rodimus turned and looked at him. "Because you're a warrior. And we need all we can get." He said. Swerve looked at the Autotroopers, then back. "Then why don't we bring our entire armor?" He asked.

Rodimus sighed and approached the house. "Because we don't want to make a scene. It's bad enough we'll have to reveal ourselves, but we don't want to reveal how many there are." He explained. "Ah." Swerve said, rolling his eyes.

As they approached the house, Lindsey was already outside. The Prime was about to talk, when she started. "I saw. What are the Cons doing?" She asked. Rodimus shrugged. "We're going to find out." He said.

Lindsey stepped forward. "I'm going." She said. Rodimus shook his head. "No. It's too dangerous." He said strictly. Lindsey stamped her foot. "No! I'm going because they might have Override." She said. Rodimus transformed. "Override is dead." He said simply. Lindsey opened his door. "Doesn't hurt to ask." She said.

Rodimus sighed and revved his engine. "Fine. You're on your own, though." He said. She grinned and sat in the passenger's seat. "Fine by me." She said. As she slammed the door, Rodimus' sideview mirror positioned to where he could see the others. "It's time, Autobots." He said. "Transform and roll out!"

As the Space Bridge opened, the Autobots drove through it. And as they drove through it, Dylan watched from the house's third floor. He scowled and walked out of the room.
    ___________
As the Autobots exited the portal, the street was crowded. People were panicking and running through the streets, obvious frightened by the Decepticons. The six Autobots managed their way through the crowd, Autotroopers flashing their sirens to clear a way. Lindsey stared wide-eyed, feeling scared by the chaos. People were screaming at the red car, yelling to go the other way and turn back. But despite the chaos, Rodimus pushed on.

They eventually came to police barricade. "Halt!" A fat, mustache-toting cop yelled. The convoy stopped, ready to hear him out. "No car is allowed past this point!" The mustache cop yelled. Another cop stood by him, looking confused at the symbol on the car.

Rodimus chuckled. "No car, huh?" He asked.

He suddenly transformed, ejecting Lindsey from the car. As the last parts fell into place, Rodimus stood tall. He looked at the cops and grinned. "I'm more than a car." He said. He grabbed Lindsey and stepped over the barricade, transforming back once he was over. The other Autobots did the same, being careful.

As the last Autotrooper transformed and stepped over, the mustache cop's jaw dropped. He stared in awe, blinking to relieve the shock. As the last Autotrooper rolled away, the second cop smirked and looked at the first cop. "They're the good guys." He guessed.
    ________
The streets were deserted as the Autobots rolled through. It looked like it was ransacked, as storefronts were damaged and rifled through. Lamp posts were torn from the streets, fire hydrants were torn from the foundation and water was gushing from the ground.

Lindsey looked out the window. "It's deserted." She said. Rodimus turned a corner. "The Cons pushed them out. But why?" Lindsey sat back. "Is it too late to call a bridge home?" She asked. Rodimus kept driving, despite her question. "Why? You wanted to come, so why do you want to leave?" He asked. Lindsey frowned and looked back out the window. "It's just.... I'm scared. Seeing devastation like this makes me scared that it could happen to us." She confessed. Rodimus chuckled. "It's fine. We'll protect you from the Decepticons." He said.

Before Lindsey could respond, she saw someone. "Hey, there's someone!" She yelled. A tall man in a trenchcoat stood in the road, back to them. Rodimus skidded to a halt, and transformed. He took a couple steps forward, and held his hands out. "Sir? Don't be scared. We're here to help." He said. The other Autobots transformed behind him, staying back.

The man suddenly turned around. Rodimus gasped and stumbled back, nearly shoving Red Alert over. A familiar man with scars withdrew the coat and revealed his bullet-proof vest. A grin spread across his face as he took his hat off. A flattop of grey hair sat on his head. He drew a pistol and aimed at the teenager.

Rodimus frowned and balled his hands into fists. "What are you doing here, Silas?"' He asked. The MECH agent chuckled and stepped closer. "Here to gather your kind." He said. Rodimus raised a brow. "What do you mean?" He asked. Silas shrugged. "At first I thought using your friend as bait, but I figured cutting her to pieces and studying what makes her tick would be a better idea." He said.

Rodimus growled and drew his gun. But as he did, several Vehicons suddenly appeared, their guns drawn. They were weird looking. Like they were ripped apart and put back together. Bullet holes filled them, but a yellow glow came from them.

As the appeared, Rodimus scowled and lowered his gun. Silas waved at him. "Bring them here." He said. Rodimus gritted his teeth and threw his gun. Silas waved to a Vehicon, who grabbed the gun and took it aside. "The others now." Silas ordered.

The other Autobots looked at eachother, but then threw their weapons. Silas looked at Rodimus with a coy look on his face. "That wasn't so hard, was it?" He said. The Prime didn't respond. Silas turned around and started walking. "Follow me." He said. The Vehicons shoved them forward, forcing them to walk. Swerve smiled sarcastically. "Way to go, Rodimus." He said.
    ________
After a while of walking, Silas stopped at the Lincoln Memorial. There more Vehicons stood, their guns drawn. Rodimus looked at Silas. "So how did you convince the Cons to work for you?" He asked. Silas grinned and walked to a command station. "Things aren't as they seem." He said simply.

He typed some, them looked at them. "Might as well sit down and enjoy yourselves. The show will begin soon." He said. They obeyed and sat, next to the Reflection pool. Swerve sighed and looked in the pool. "Can't we just fight back? Who cares if they destroy buildings?" He said impatiently. Rodimus looked at him. "I'm not ready to sacrifice the humans just to save ourselves. Fighting back is a last-ditch effort." Swerve sighed and leaned against the pool wall. "I knew I should've helped Glyph collect feces samples." He muttered.

Lindsey held her head in her hands and sighed. Rodimus looked at her. "Are you okay?" He asked. Lindsey looked up. "No. There's a chance I could die. I don't want to." She said softly. Rodimus sighed and leaned back. "We're fine." He said.

Red looked at him. "Are you sure? I-I mean, we're held hostage by Decepticons. They'll kill us!" She said shrilly. Rodimus looked at her. "I said we're fine." He said sharply. The medic sighed and grabbed Rodimus' hand with her artificial one. Rodimus cringed as the metal fingers wrapped around his. It felt weird. But he squeezed tight, hoping to calm her. The three Autotroopers remained quiet, as if they knew they'd die.

Silas suddenly walked closer to them. "I have a gift." He said simply. Both Lindsey's and Red's eyes went wide at the sight. Two Vehicons carried someone over to the crowd. They threw the being down, not taking care of it. Both females reacted the same way.

    "OVERRIDE!"

The warrior weakly looked up, the hole in her face operating. "H-hey guys." She said softly. Red Alert helped her up, into a sitting position. The female was in bad shape. In addition to the nasty gash in her face, she was ripped to shreds. Armor was ripped from her body, exposing the mechanics underneath. The Energon lights on her body were dim, indicating her lack of the life force. She was covered in cuts that were welded shut.

Red Alert pressed her fingers against Override's neck. "Your levels are low." She reported. Override let out a breath. "I know." She said softly. "Just let me die." Lindsey wrapped her arms around Override's arm, tears nearly falling from her cheeks. "I'm so glad you're okay." She said softly. Override forced herself to look down. "You... too." She said.

Rodimus watched for afar. He knew he wasn't going to be taken nicely. Override refused to look at him as soon as she arrived. But maybe it was for the better. She looked like she was on her way out, anyway. Sighing, he looked at Silas. "So how long before you kill us?" He asked. Silas looked up. "You'll find out." He said. Rodimus sighed in annoyance and sat back. Maybe there was time to escape. Maybe.

Lindsey couldn't hold back her emotions back. Tears streamed down her face, as she was happy. Override looked over and smiled partially. "Hey now." She said. "Don't be sad. I'm okay." Lindsey wiped her eyes. "I know. It's just that I'm so happy you're alive. We all assumed you were dead." She said. Override sighed and looked at the dark sky. "Might as well be." She said softly.

Lindsey hung her head, ready to try to hold her tears back. But someone suddenly grabbed her arm. "Hey!" She screamed as two MECH troopers dragged her away. Silas grinned as she approached, a pistol in hand. The two operatives held her in place, despite her struggles. "Ready to die?" Silas asked. Lindsey started shaking, startled by his words. Silas chuckled and withheld his pistol. "Kidding. But you should see something." He said. He stepped aside, and a sight greeted the girl. "DAD!"

Dylan stood, a mournful look on his face. Lindsey broke free of the MECH operatives and ran towards her dad. "They took you too?!" She said shrilly. Dylan sighed. "In a way." He said. He suddenly unbuttoned his suit. Lindsey didn't want to see what she saw. But it greeted her anyway.

    A bulletproof vest.

"No..." She said softly. Dylan sighed and withdrew the suit. "Lindsey, I haven't been truthful with you. I can explain, but this was necessary." He said. Lindsey stepped back, shaking. "You're one of THEM!" She shrieked. Dylan frowned. "For good reason." He said. Lindsey stepped back, trembling. She really didn't want to hear it. It didn't matter.
    ________
The White House was dark. Guards stood, ready to defend the building. The Oval Office was dimly lit, only brightened by a desk lamp. An African-American man stood before the desk, an angry look on his face. The president sat back, his face hidden in darkness. "I say we do something." The man said.

The president tapped his fingers together. "It's too risky. The terrorists said not to interfere." He said. The man scoffed. "And we'll let them win?!" He asked. The president sat back, his chair creaking. "I know you're a good strategist, but I don't want this town destroyed." He said. The man stamped his foot down. "I love this country more than anything, sir. I'm going to deal with it." He said.

The president sighed and looked into the man's eyes. "Very well. But I trust you to get the job done... High Military Commander Fowler."

Breakdown stared at the computer monitor. "This can't be right." He muttered. Straxus came up behind him. "What is it?" He asked. Breakdown pointed. "Several Vehicon signals just came online. It's unexplainable." He said. Straxus raised a brow. "Odd. Let Slipstream investigate. And the Insecticons." He ordered.

Breakdown looked at him. "Why don't YOU do something about it?" He asked. Straxus looked at him, his eyes narrowed. "What did you just say?" He asked. Breakdown chuckled. "Well, I mean you should to because Slipstream is off doing something else. Just a suggestion." He said.

Straxus nodded. "You're right." He said. Breakdown raised a brow. "I am?" He asked. Straxus nodded. "I need to show my dominance. So monitor their activity. Me and the bugs will deal with them later."
    _________
Lindsey backed up as her dad stepped closer. "Dad, how long have you been doing this?!" She asked frantically. Sweat ran down her forehead as she intensely stared at her father.

Dylan sighed and looked down. "Since you were born." He said. "You've been hiding this my whole life?!" Lindsey shrieked. Dylan balled his hand into a fist. "FOR GOOD REASON!!" He screamed.

The Autobots kept back, staring at the incident. Override had her hands balled into fists. Silas stood back, letting the nature take its pace.

Lindsey glared at her father. "What is the good reason? You've lied to me!" She said loudly. Dylan's eye twitched, feeling his temper growing. "THEY KILLED YOUR MOTHER!" He screamed.

Lindsey's eyes widened. "Wha-what are you talking about?" She asked in a whisper. Dylan sighed as tears streamed down his face. "It was when you were two. When your mother was still alive." He said softly.

Dylan stood on a back deck, watching the sun go down. The mountain frost began to creep, covering the younger Dylan in goosebumps. But he felt warmth when a hand wrapped around his arm.

He turned to see his wife, Jennifer Gould. Her brown eyes glistened as she stared at Dylan. A young Lindsey was in her arms, covered in blankets. "It's getting late." She said. Dylan nodded. "I know. I'm just watching the sunset before we lock the doors." He said.

Jennifer sighed and rested her head on Dylan's shoulder. Dylan smiled and enjoyed the embrace from his wife. "I don't get why we have that giant tree in the yard." Jennifer said. Dylan smirked. "I like it. It gives the house a more natural feel." He said. Jennifer frowned. "We're miles from civilization. What if it falls on us?" She asked. Dylan pursed his lips, about to talk.

    Then Lindsey started to cry.

Jennifer released hold and and rocked the baby. Dylan held his arms out. "Let me." He said. Jennifer held the baby over and smirked. "Take her inside. She's cold. I'll get the wood for the fireplace." She said.

Dylan frowned, ignoring the baby. "But it's getting dark. There's bears out here, Jen. I don't want you getting hurt." He said. Jennifer shoved him in the house. "Come on. It won't take long." She said.

Dylan smirked and bounced his head around. "Fine." He said. "But you're starting the fire." The husband walked into the house, hand-built by the two. A television sat, playing a cruddy movie. The fireplace was cold, as it wasn't ablaze yet.

He walked into the back room, to the baby's room. He sat Lindsey down, who stopped crying. She stared at him with her blue eyes and cooed. Dylan sighed and tickled her chin. "We'll make sure you'll learn to walk." He said.

A loud crash suddenly filled the area. The house shook, rocking the chandelier. Lindsey started crying again, louder. Dylan's eyes widened. "Jennifer!" He said loudly.

He took off through the house, ignoring the baby's cries. He pumped his arms, trying to hurry. He burst through the backdoor. The sudden sight amazed him. Massive robots were fighting, ripping eachother apart. Dead and injured ones laid, screaming and moaning.

Dylan trained his eyes away from them and saw his wife. She cowered under the wood shed, trying to avoid the fighting mechanical things. Dylan looked at her and knelt low. "Jennifer!" He yelled. His wife looked at him and flashed him a worried look.

"Come to me." He said softly. He held his hand out and inched forward, making his way towards her. His wife inched closer, sticking her hand out. Dylan ignored the spray of some blue liquid fell upon them.

They were a mere inches, when two thundered closer. One carried a sword, and the other wielded a spear. "Stop right there, Megatronus!" The sword-wielder said. The other growled and swung his spear. The sword-wielder dodged and kicked the flaming one. "Stop following me, you Autobot pest!" He yelled. He impaled the sword-wielder, who cried out.

The flaming one turned to run, when the sword-wielder tackled him. They thundered inches from Jennifer, who screamed and shielded her head. The flaming one yelled in anger and swung a fist at the sword-wielder. He dodged, and hit the tree behind him. The old oak cracked, and the great behemoth of a tree fell.

Dylan watched in horror as the tree fell, smashing into the wood shed, and making his wife disappear under the clatter of bushes and aluminum. The two fighting robots disappeared, flying into the sky. Dead and dying robots lay, the ground splattered with their 'blood'.

Dylan ran towards the clatter of tree and shed, praying Jennifer was okay. He threw tree branches and pieces of aluminum aside, trying to uncover his wife.

He grabbed a piece of aluminum, and felt something sticky. He couldn't tell in the darkness what it was, but he had a guess. The moon came from behind the trees, illuminating the area. Dylan looked on the piece of aluminum he threw.

A dark red substance was on it.

Dylan panicked and started tossing shrapnel aside, trying to find her. After a moment of digging, he lifted a large piece of metal and found her.

Her eyes were wide open. And a large piece of the shed lodged in her throat. It pierced deep, pinning her to the ground. The blood streaming from her mouth gave an obvious indication as to what happened.

Dylan was stunned. His wife. His best friend. His love. The person he promised to protect- was dead. He let it happen. It was his fault. But those things... they toppled the tree that killed her. Surly it wasn't his fault.

He was too stunned to even cry. To make any motions. All he could hear was Lindsey crying inside the house. And... panting.

He looked up to see one of them. He lay on his back, his visor illuminating the area. "Help... me..." He said through hushed breaths. Dylan had no remorse. He had no feelings towards these things. They killed his wife.

He walked over to the pile of scraps. There lay the piece of aluminum covered in his wife's blood. The edge was pretty sharp, but from the tree. He looked at the robot, who was still bleeding out.

He walked over, weapon in hand. The robot seemed to react with fear. "Wait... DON'T!" He yelled. But Dylan brought the metal down, right into its brain.
    ___
Lindsey stumbled back, trying to take in what she just heard. Dylan remained sullen, slinking his head. The girl turned to look at the Autobots, who simply started back. They had emotionless looks on their faces, even Override.

Lindsey looked back to Dylan. He remained erect, but with tears streaming down his cheeks. "I screwed up then." He mumbled. "I should've saved her." He started sobbing, tears hazing his vision. Lindsey felt herself trembling as well. "Dad..." She started. Dylan looked up. "But I won't fail to protect you." He said.

He held his hand out. "Come with me." He said. "Help us rid this world of these things." Lindsey looked up, shock on her face. "Wh-what?" She asked softly. Dylan stepped closer. "JOIN US! Help us rid humanity of them!" He repeated. Lindsey looked back at the Autobots.

Rodimus actually nodded and waved her forward. She turned back to her dad. He was wiping tears from his eyes. "MECH is dedicated to make technological advancements to stop them." He said. "That's where all of these mech suits came from."

Lindsey bit her lip and looked down. "I-I don't know." She said. Dylan looked at her, anger in his eyes. "Don't know?" He asked. "DON'T KNOW?!" He started towards her. "These monsters killed your mother. If it wasn't for them, she'd still be alive. You'd have a mother to learn from. You'd have her. We both would." Dylan said softly. Tears started streaming from his tear ducts again.

Lindsey looked down. She wanted to join to help her dad, but they were her friends. Not the ones that killed her mother. Her dad was losing it. No knowing what he'd do. Her decision was final. She hoped it'd go well.

    "Dad."

Dylan looked up from his cries. Lindsey sighed and grabbed her forearm. "Dad... I can't. They're my friends. Not the ones who killed mom." She said softly.

Dylan remained grim. "That's your final decision?" He asked softly. Lindsey turned her back, sealing her eyes shut. "Yes. I'm sorry, dad. I just can't help you kill them." She said. She felt her dad put a hand on her shoulder. "Well, I respect your decision." He said.

    CRACK

Lindsey cried out as something struck her in the back of her head. She fell to the ground, unconscious. Dylan stood behind her, the butt of a pistol showing. Override was about to force herself up when a MECH-piloted Vehicon aimed at her, forcing her down.

Dylan started laughing through his tears. "I thought I raised you right." He said. "Raised you to be polite. Raised you to not dress like a tramp. But I guess it was all for nothing." He finished. His vision was clouded by his tears. "If you won't join me, the you'll die with them." He muttered. He stumbled, his vision cloudy, and aimed the pistol- and fired.

Override straightened at the sound of the crack of the pistol. She looked in the direction she heard it from. Lindsey lay flat in the grass, unmoving. Dylan held the pistol, it still smoking. This time she forced herself up, despite the aimed cannon of a MECH trooper. "Sit DOWN!" He ordered. Override stared him down, a deep and hate-filled glare on her face. Rodimus looked at her and grabbed her wrist. "Come on." He muttered. Override looked at him. "He killed her, Rodimus." She mumbled. "I'm done listening to you."

While she was distracted, the MECH soldier shoved her back down. She grunted as she fell over Swerve and Red, her legs giving. Red helped her sit, feeling empathy. "Override, I'm sorry." She said softly. The headstrong Autobot shoved the medic away and held her head. She did it again. Another close friend dead. All thanks to her and her inability to help. Now Lindsey was dead. Thanks to her.
    _
Dylan looked at Silas. "Sorry for the dramatics." He said softly. Silas shrugged. "I understand." He said. The teary MECH agent turned to the Autobots. "Now that you monsters forced me to kill my own daughter, it's your turn." He said aloud.

MECH soldiers grabbed the Autobots and lined them up. Dylan walked down the lineup, studying the faces of those who would face their deaths. He reached the start of the line, which was an Autotrooper. "Hey, I'll do anything!" He yelled. Dylan ignored him and stepped into a Vehicon suit. As the last hatch closed, the piloted suit stepped closer, its cannon charged. As the Autotrooper pleaded, Dylan pulled the trigger.

The head exploded, spraying Energon everywhere. Rodimus cringed as the blood sprayed on him. Dylan walked up the line, to the second Autotrooper. "Let's make it quick." Dylan said.
    _______
Hoist typed fast, trying to make contact with the others. "Come on, come on." He muttered. Something was blocking communications. He growled and punched the keyboard, frustrated.

    "Are you facing troubles, engineer?"

Hoist jumped as he heard the voice. He spun around to see Thunderwing standing behind him. "Don't startle me like that." Hoist said. Thunderwing nodded. "Apologies." He said. Hoist went back to typing. "Something is blocking their signal." He reported. Thunderwing's eyebrows went up, trying to figure out a solution. "We should send someone in to investigate." He suggested. Hoist shook his head. "No. They said they'd destroy everything if any interference came through." He said.

    "I'll do it!"

Hoist turned to see Breakaway, who also entered the room. "How does everyone keep sneaking in?!" Hoist said loudly. Breakaway stepped forward. "C'mon. I'm fast, deadly, and stealthy. Let me to!" He said. Hoist scowled. "They said-"

"Who cares what heh said?" Breakaway interrupted. "If our troops are in trouble, then I'll go." He said proudly. Hoist sighed. "Fine. Let them destroy everything." He said. He typed in the coordinates and opened the bridge. "Be my guest." He said. Breakaway nodded. "I will!" He said, transforming and flying though the portal.

Once it closed, Thunderwing looked at Hoist. "At least the kid has spunk." He said.
    _______
The man known as High Commander Fowler stood before several pilots. Comanches were scattered, all armed to fight the nemesis. "Men, today we're striking the fools that think they can take over this great country." He addressed. "And if they think so, then they can eat my star-spangled shorts." He finished. The pilots looked at each other, unsure.

Fowler looked at all the troops. "I can't guarantee all of you will make it. But I hope you fight proudly to make the president and America proud." He said. He turned to walk to a Comanche, when he saw a green portal open. Out of it came a brown jet.

Fowler scowled. "Looks like we got a bogy." He muttered.
    ______
Sirens blared aboard the Harbinger as Straxus stood on the hull. Behind him, the Insecticon armies, all chittering and teeth. Bombshell looked at Straxus. "How shall we attack, lord Straxus?" He asked. Straxus grinned and chuckled. "Operation: Divebomb. Have the Insecticons attack and imposter and Autobot. I'll assist." He said simply.

Shrapnel looked at him. "But how shall you fly?" He asked. Straxus looked at the insectoid. "Simple." He replied. The warlord took a step forward, and transformed into his rarely-seen tank mode. But then little wings popped out of it.

The two leader Insecticons looked at eachother, but transformed as well. The legions of Insecticons also did, one row at a time. Once every soldier was ready, Straxus revved his engine. "Go!" He yelled, shooting into the sky. The Insecticons followed, hoping to reign death upon anyone.
    _____
"I'll clean those suits! I'll do anything! Just don't-"
    BAM
Dylan stepped back as the second Autotrooper fell, barley any head left. The suit was jerky and hard to control, as it was even hard to pull the trigger.

Red Alert looked at Override. "We have to do something. We're close." The medic whispered. Override didn't look. "So?" She asked. Red looked at her. "Don't be that way. We have to get out of here. They'll kill us!" She whispered shrilly. Again, no look. "So?" The Autobot warrior repeated.
    BLAM.
The third Autotrooper fell, falling to a heap. Dylan approached Override, who practically gave up. "So you're the I've who helped this project progress." He taunted. When she didn't reply, he grabbed her chin and forced her head up. "I'm grateful you helped." He said. Override scowled. "Just get it over with." She muttered.

The Vehicon suit shrugged. "If you wish." Dylan said. He cocked the gun, and pressed it against her head. "This is for turning my daughter against me. For forcing me to kill her." He muttered.

    BLAM

Dylan flew back as something knocked him off-balance. He looked up to see a brown jet flying towards them. Dylan growled and fully stood. "Shoot him down!" He ordered. The other MECH soldiers scrambled, getting their suits ready. Silas scrambled into an Autotrooper suit, which was a dull grey appose to white.

Dylan's eyes widened as helicopters followed behind the jet. "The military..." He muttered. He raised his gun and fired, spraying bullets. The jet barrel-rolled, avoiding the shots. It shot missiles, knocking the MECH soldiers off-balance.

Dylan reacted in surprise when it transformed and thundered to the ground. "Another one?" He asked angrily. Breakaway chuckled. "That's not very nice. I have a name." He responded.

He raised his Gatling gun and fired. The armor was thick on MECH, but it was useful. In midst the chaos, the Autobots grabbed their weapons and joined the fight. 30 or so were standing, each dangerous.
    __
Fowler reacted in surprise to the extra robots. "By the 50 stars..." He muttered. "What shall we do?" The copilot asked. Fowler grimaced and took aim. "Gun down the purple ones. Any colors, leave them." He ordered.
    __
While the chaos ensured, Override crawled over to where Lindsey's body lay. Her body refused to work, due to Energon loss. She reached the site, and hung her head. "I'm sorry." She said. "I'm so sorry." She rested the back of her hand on Lindsey. "I promised myself I'd protect you, and you're gone." She said softly. "First Bluestreak, now you. Anyone I befriend ends up dead."

She lifted her head. What was that? Did Lindsey... Move? Override carefully picked the girl up. Blood poured over her fingers as she grasped the girl by the midsection. Huh. The girl's chest was heaving. She was... alive? But she was shot. That should've killed her.

Override looked at where the blood poured. Dylan shot her in her waist/midsection. She was... alive. But she needed help. Badly. Red Alert was too busy fighting, so it was up to her. Get Lindsey to a hospital. Nothing else was important now.
    ___
Rodimus watched Override limp away, carrying Lindsey in her arms. "Good luck." He said softly.

Suddenly, a fierce shrieking filled the air. Rodimus turned to see... bugs. Was that... a flying tank? Then the tank transformed. Straxus stood, the panels on his chest forming. He withdrew his axe, and walked closer.

"I came here to hunt you." Straxus told Rodimus. "But today is a day of peace." Rodimus smiled slightly and nodded. "Glad we see eye to eye for once." He remarked.

The Insecticons unleashed their savagery on the MECH troopers. Ripping them limb-from-limb, shooting them through the chest and killing the operator, and other things. The MECH troops fought back, killing few Insecticons with their one true weakness- a shut between the eyes.
    ___
The battle was in chaos. MECH troops fought boldly, aiming for anyone. The Autobots were targeting the MECH troops, working with the bugs. The military was shooting at MECH and the bugs, and vice versa.

The site was in chaos. The bloody fight was fought on sacred grounds, and before the most compelling president. The Lincoln memorial sat, as if enjoying the battle from afar.

Rodimus and Straxus fought side-by-side. Rodimus gunned down anyone attacking Straxus, and Straxus ripped apart any that attacked the Prime. Most would call it a once in a lifetime sight. Two feuding opposites working together to stop a common foe.
    _______
Override tried to hurry fast as she could. She had no idea where a hospital was. All the buildings looked the same. Her limp also grew worse. Her Energon levels were at 2 percent at that point, nearly faded. Her Energon lights were grey, almost out. But she pressed on.

Lindsey was getting worse. She was bleeding more than ever, the red liquid dripping fast. Override was covered in it. Cradling the girl caused her entire chassis to get bathed in the liquid. She held the gunshot best she could, hoping to stop the bleeding.

ARGH! So many useless stores! Override got slower as she drained. No hospital in sight. Her limp turned to a shuffle. She was hardly able to see at that point. She felt really dizzy now. Almost ready to pass out.

The Autobot rounded a corner- and saw it. A hospital. She hurried best she could towards it, trying to pick up the pace. As she reached the building, several doctors and nurses stood outside, talking and smoking.

As Override approached, several nurses shrieked and dove into the building. Doctors stepped back, save one. Override knelt before him. "I don't care what you think of me, my appearance, or my intentions. Just please- PLEASE help her." She begged. She held Lindsey out, the blood coming faster.

The doctor smiled. He had a warm smile. He took the girl in his arms, and carried her into the building.

Override smiled. She did it. She saved Lindsey. Even in her own risk. She didn't care. As long as the girl was safe. Override fell to her knees, dazed.

Override groaned and limply fell, landing on her stomach. Her eyes went dark. Stasis lock engaged at that moment. And a half hour more and she'd be dead. But even if. She saved Lindsey. That's all that matters.

The nurses and doctors looked out, silent at the sight. The robot lay limp and unmoving, passing out a hero. And possibly dying as one, too.
    ______
Dylan cried out in anger as he crushed an Insecticon's head in his hands. He sprayed bullets, injuring others. Rodimus focused fire on him, hoping to end this now.

Insecticon, human, and Autobot casualties were low. About four Insecticons, no Bots, and no humans were killed. MECH was losing. Their numbers dwindled, either by death or suit malfunction.

Dylan fought like a madman, trying to hold his ground. Human fire from able wasn't helping in the least. But he stood tall. He remained. Silas fled, the coward. But Dylan remained, still fighting.

Rodimus knew stopping Dylan would stop the battle. He nodded to Red Alert, who knew what to do. The Medic ran left, attracting Dylan's fire. Rodimus came in full-frontal, shoving Dylan's suit over.

As he thrashed to get back up, Rodimus blew the suit's head off, disabling the connection to Dylan. Rodimus opened the chest, revealing the human inside.

Dylan spat and scowled, unhappy. Rodimus sighed and grabbed him, pulling him out of the suit. Dylan growled in rage. "You ruined everything!" He yelled. "We were going to rid the world of you! And you fight back!!!"

Rodimus frowned and looked at him. "Dylan, I'm not mad at you for that. I'm mad because you lied to Lindsey." He said. Dylan waved his hand. "BAH! Who cares. She's dead." He said. Rodimus pointed to where she was. Dylan looked, and sure enough she was gone. The human stared, than sighed in disgust. "She lives. And she's a nasty robot supporter." He muttered.

    "We'll take it for here."

Rodimus turned to see a man approaching him. Behind him were US tanks and the helicopters. "Who are you?" Rodimus asked. The man stood erect. "I am High Commander Fowler." He said. "Second-in-command to the vice-president and head of the military."

Rodimus looked at Dylan. "So I figure you want him?" He asked. Fowler nodded. "Of course. He must pay for his war crimes." He said coldly.

Dylan looked at the Prime. "Splatter me. Flatten me like a grape!" he yelled. "Bring me back to Jennifer!". Rodimus frowned and looked at him. "Really? is death really more important than living?" He asked.

Dylan growled and thrashed. "DO IT!!" He yelled. Rodimus sighed and turned the human over, who was cuffed by soldiers.

Dylan scowled, his hair falling in his face. "You monsters will pay. You will pay for turning my daughter against me." He said sinisterly, being taken to a military truck.

The other MECH soldiers saw their leader go down and promptly surrendered, seeing no other option. The Insecticons boldly backed off, seeing no more fight. Straxus made eye contact with Rodimus, and started walking forward.

The other Autobots raised their guns and aimed, all ready for an attack. Red Alert inched a little closer, closer to Rodimus. But the Decepticon leader sheathed his axe and nodded to the Prime. "Today is not a day we're enemies." Straxus said.

Rodimus half-smiled. "If only we'd get along more." He said. Straxus grimaced. "While it is my task to kill you and your team, today is a day that is put aside. The humans shan't be allowed to desecrate our race such as this." He said. Rodimus nodded. "I'm just glad we saw eye-to-eye for once." He repeated.

Straxus nodded and turned, walking towards the Insecticons. The bugs greeted him, and transformed, flying into the sky. They carried their dead, back to the ship. Straxus turned and looked at the Autobots before transforming, flying after the bugs.

As Rodimus watched the Decepticons leave, he sighed and looked down. Fowler looked at him. "You're the good guys, right?" He asked. Rodimus nodded. "Guess you could say that." He mumbled.

The other Autobots regrouped around the two, scarred and torn from battle. But Breakaway lingered back. He observed the battlefield, scanning the area. Dead MECH agents, dead Insecticons, and the humans capturing the remaining MECH agents. But where was Override?

He looked around, panicked. She didn't look too good last time he saw her. He got nervous. Was she... gone? Breakaway scowled. He knew she was in trouble. And she had to save his little sister. He transformed and shot in the sky.
    _______
Hoist sighed a breath of relief. Their communications was clear and unscrambled. Each signal popped back online, one at a time. Thunderwing cocked his head. "So I take it Breakaway accomplished his task?" He asked. Hoist started laughing with glee. "Yes he did!

Thunderwing grunted and smashed the drone on his back. "Your wielding job isn't very good." He remarked. Hoist turned around. "I'm working on it." He remarked. Thunderwing scowled. "My vision is in and out. I do wish you finish." He said.

Hoist spun back around and kept typing. His happy spirits vanished as he saw Override's signal. "She's almost gone." He muttered. Thunderwing stepped closer. "Pardon?" He asked. Hoist typed on the keyboard and ran to the space bridge. "Come on!" He yelled to Thunderwing.
    ________
Breakaway shot through the sky, looking for his friend. Nothing was seen, what he was looking for. Just destroyed streets, torched buildings, and busted shops. It's been nearly 15 minutes since she's last seen her.

He jerked left, flying east. Still no sign. But then he saw it. Override lay on her face, in front of a hospital. People crowded around her, poking at her. Furious, Breakaway transformed and thundered to the ground.

"Get out of here! Shoo!" He yelled as he fired his Gatling gun in the air. The humans screamed and ran away, fearful. After getting rid of the humans, he knelt before his little sister. While they rarely interacted, he always had a soft spot for Override. Ever since he saved her in Sector 7 in Praxus.

He spun her onto her back, and examined her. Limp and unmoving. Breakaway grabbed her wrist device and looked at her stats. Her Energon levels were completely drained, and she was in stasis. But probably within another ten minutes, she'd be.... gone.

He picked her up, carrying her like a child. He was about to turn around and fly back to the group, when he heard someone clear their throat. The Arielbot turned to see a human standing there. And in his arms was Lindsey. The girl was out like a light, bandaged up.

Breakaway never cared much for the girl. She just kinda got permanently added to the team with no real reasoning. She was also acted like she knew everything. But if Override liked her, I guess Breakaway would have to.

The man looked professional, all lab coat and stethoscope. He approached Breakaway calmly, as if he wasn't afraid. "She is still under anesthetics. But she'll have a limp for a few months." He said softly. Breakaway looked around awkwardly. "Uh... what happened?" He asked unknowingly.

The doctor smiled smugly. "The person who shot her grazed her pelvis. She'll survive, but will have a limp." He said. Breakaway nodded. "Ah. Just pile her on, I guess." He said. He knelt, allowing the doctor to lay Lindsey atop Override.

"Thank you." Breakaway said honestly. The doctor nodded with a grin, and Breakaway took off, back towards the group.
    _______
"You are an intergalactic species. And by the name of this great country, you must be monitored to assure you won't do this again." Commander Fowler said. Rodimus scowled at the man. "We're the good guys, remember?" He asked. Commander Fowler shrugged. "Security protocol." He stared.

Rodimus sighed and turned away from him. "I can't deal with this." He muttered. Red Alert stepped forward. "What he means is he doesn't get why you have to do so." She said.

Fowler looked her in her purple eyes. "I have permission, missy. President Harry Truman issued the alien species/Earth act when he encountered one if your kind in 1950. His car turned out to be on of you... Transformers." Red grinned sarcastically. "Cybertronian, thank you." She said.

Fowler put his arms behind his back. "No matter. You will be allowed to live free, but you will be monitored by the United States military at all cost." He issued.

Rodimus turned and shook his head. "I don't get why you have to do this." He said to the human. "I do it to protect my county. I don't want any hard feelings, you must understand that." Fowler stared.

Rodimus stepped closer. "We'll live under your act. But you must understand we operate under our own orders. If you try to interfere with our protocols, we won't deal with it." The Prime said. Fowler nodded. "Fair trade." He said.

Suddenly, a green portal opened. The human stared in awe as it did. Hoist ran out of it, Thunderwing behind him. Red Alert scoffed as soon as she saw him.

"Where's Override?" Hoist asked. Rodimus looked around. "I have no idea, actually." He said. Hoist grabbed the Prime by his shoulders. "You have to get her. She'll be dead in minutes!" He said, shaking the Prime. Rodimus broke free. "I have no idea!" He said.

Breakaway suddenly shot forward, the missing Autobot in his arms. "Got her. And the girl." He said. Hoist waved his arms frantically. "Get her in there. Now!" He yelled.

Cautiously, Breakaway stepped into the portal. The other Autobots soon followed, save the medic. Red Alert turned and looked at Fowler. "If you doublecross us, I'll personally come find you. I'm not the person you lie to." She said threateningly.

The Human nodded. "Of course not, medic. The United States military always keeps their word." He said. The medic narrowed her eyes at him before turning and heading back into the portal, it closing behind her.

Fowler looked at a soldier to his left. "Did you get their signatures?" He asked. The soldier nodded. "Yes sir." He said. Fowler nodded and turned towards the Lincoln memorial. "Excellent. Filter it and find them." He ordered.

The soldier nodded and ran back to his military transport. As he left, Fowler grinned at the stone face of Abraham Lincoln. "I am serving this country proud." He said softly, almost to the statue.

Resolution's a bit too fast. But it's ok. Odd choice of words like "the doctor smiled smugly".

Way to keep the readers on their toes, I thought Lindsey was gonna die. So the Military's off to track more Transformers..........this could not possibly end well.

Smug: showing excessive pride in oneself or one's achievements.

The doc was just showing pride that he managed to save the girl before she bled out.

All the while he's seen two aliens and he's not even nervous; one that is grievously injured and another that is angry.

How is that not odd ?

Eh. It was just a goofy thing. You gotta expect that in a Transformers series.

But at least my Autobots aren't playing basketball. :lol

Ugh. I don't even know why I'm continuing. I'm so bored with this series.

Season 2, Episode 17- Military power

Dylan slumped in the military truck, his madness dawning on him. He really tried to kill his own daughter. Surely he'd forgive her. Of course he would.

He sighed and leaned against the truck's wall, his sweaty hair falling in his face. A military guard looked at him and grinned. "Thought you could get away with it, eh?" He asked. Dylan looked at him, anger in his eye.

"Keep talking. We'll get you." He muttered. The guard chuckled. "You're delusional. You're in handcuffs, and you're going to jail." He stated.

The second guard in the truck looked at the first. "Leave'em be, rookie." He said. The rookie scoffed and poked Dylan with his assault rifle. "He's all bound up. He's no harm." He said boldly.

The truck suddenly slammed to a halt, slamming the three towards the cab. The second guard punched the wall that the cab rested on. "What's the big idea?!" He asked angrily. The truck jolted twice without a response.

The rookie screamed as fingers ripped into the wall of the truck. They tore a section of a wall and tossed it aside. A dark shape with piercing red eyes stood before it.The senior guard lifted his rifle and fired, at the shadow.

It calmly picked him up and tossed him aside, slamming him in the dirt. The rookie leapt out of the truck and ran away. The shadow aimed a rocket and fired, incinerating the guard.

Dylan squinted to make out the shape. Two others suddenly joined him, both with emotionless visors. "Mr. Gould." The one in the center said. "The boss wants to see you."
    __________
Lindsey jerked up, after a nightmare. She dreamt she was being chased by a shadow. It had piercing red eyes, and sounded like her dad. Surely that wasn't true. She loved her dad.

Her chest heaved as she tried to recover from her nightmare, sweat pouring down her face. She felt like something happened. Something bad.

She looked around. She was in her room, lit by a light in the hallway and her clock. The clock read 3:47 AM. She sighed and sat back and looked around her room. Was it real, or just a dream?

She saw her computer, her heavy metal posters, her closet, and the softball bat she never used. It was real. Not a dream.

She sighed and tried to get up. She suddenly screamed and fell to her floor, her side hurting. She groaned and held her hip, and felt bandages. Then it all hit her. What happened, how it did, and how it ended.

She grunted and pulled herself up, probably not the best idea. She sighed and straightened, trying to find the sweet spot. When she felt relief, she grabbed her blanket, ready to sleep downstairs. Her room didnt feel Right. She braved up and started limping out of her room, braving the pain.

Sweat still poured down her body, making her T-Shirt stick to her body. She looked into her father's room, hoping he'd be there. But the room was completely empty. Not even any furniture. That was odd.

She painfully limped down the stairs, the wood creaking beneath her feet. Her blanket dragged behind her, getting caught on nails. Something didn't feel right. The house felt... tainted. She stepped off the last step, and looked around her living room. Everything was there, but the front door was wide open.

She limped forward, and looked out. Rain poured, as it obviously had been raining for hours. She turned the porch light on and looked. On the door was a MECH logo, a gear with an M in the center. They were here. They were inside.

Lindsey shuddered and rubbed herself. It didn't feel right to be in this house. But she knew where else she could go. Sighing, she braved the rain and stepped on the ground. The mud squished between her toes and she started forward, on her way to the Autobot's ship.
    ________
Dylan grunted as Skyquake dropped him on the ground. The green Seeker walked towards his leader, who stood before the human. He was surrounded by Vehicons, the setting Australian sun reflecting off their armor. The Harbinger rested behind them, in ship mode.

"Good day, Mr. Gould." Straxus said, looking at Dylan. The human grunted and looked at the blue and red Decepticon. "What do you want?" He asked. Straxus grinned and put his hand out. "Please. Have a seat." He said.

A chair sat not too far away, next to a massive one. Dylan skeptically walked over to the seat and took it, settling in it. Straxus walked to the larger chair and took it as well. Dylan looked at Straxus and sat back. "So what's up? Didn't get enough of ruining my plan?"

Straxus smirked and looked at the human. "The desecration of my people isn't something I agree with." He said. Dylan raised a skeptic brow. "Then why am I here?" He asked. Straxus leaned back in his seat. "Simple, Mr. Gould." He said.

Dylan half-smiled, ready up hear whatever cockamamy idea the Decepticon had. "Your associate 'Mr. H' brings you the money, and you create new things with it. We've seen your power to take down Cybertronians with ease. So we'll cut a deal." Straxus said.

Dylan straddled. "I'm listening." He said, his interest perked. Straxus grinned. "Mr. H is one of our associates as well. So if you make us weapons to fight our Autobot foes, we'll tell H to keep sending you money. All the money you could ever want. If not, your funds are cut and we'll destroy you." He said, his deal made.

Dylan sat back. He didn't know that Mr. H was a Con agent. The human rose a brow. "And what when you kill them?" He asked. Straxus leaned his head back. "Then we leave." He said simply. Dylan nodded, feeling like it was the right thought. "I suppose. But what of our MEH suits?" The human asked.

Straxus chuckled and leaned forward, towering over the human. "Then we'll kill you on the spot. While I hate our foes, our race comes first. That's why me and my Insecticons stopped you." He said.

Dylan nodded, feeling like it was fair. "Deal." He said, looking at Straxus. The warlord smirked and held out his hand. It was way bigger than Dylan himself, but I suppose it was shakable.

Dylan grabbed the tip of his finger, shaking it. "I'll trust you to that." He said. Straxus smirked. "I'm a man of my word." He said. The Warlord pointed. "Mr. H and one of my associates will take you to the lead MECH base, wherever is may be."

Dylan looked to see a blue and gold sports car roll up, and shriek to a halt. The door opened and a familiar face stepped out.

Mr. H. The grisly-looking man stepped out, his bony form appearing. The car revved and drove a few feet, parking next to Dylan. Mr. H stopped when he reached Dylan. His bald head reflected off of the lights above, detracting from his grisly appearance.

"I never realized you were already aligned with someone else." Dylan said. Mr. H motioned to him, then started walking towards the car. Dylan looked at him funny, but followed and claimed the passengers seat.

As the car departed, Skyquake glanced at Straxus. "Are you sure it is wise to let Triggerhappy continue his folly?" He asked. Straxus chuckled and started towards the ship. Skyquake followed, hoping for an answer.

"They'll keep their agreement." Straxus said. "So we get our weapons, and they'll burn under fire and brimstone." Skyquake cocked his head. "Why the need for 'Mr. H'?"

Straxus glanced at him. "So MECH has someone to follow. Us Decepticons wouldn't be trusted by them to receive money." He said. Skyquake grinned. "Can I help?" He asked. Straxus stared straight forward, keeping his stride. "We'll see." He said.
    __________
Override awoke from her nightmare. She dreamt she was tied down and was being tortured. Not cut apart. Just straight up pain. Hot pieces of metal burning her body, razors being shoved into her wrists, and nails being hammered into her legs.

But who was doing it was surprising to her. She saw Vehicons. She saw Slipstream. She saw Breakdown. But between them was... Silas. His maniacal grin continued as he brought the hot Iron on her forehead, enjoying the Autobot's screams.

The Autobot painfully sat up and hugged herself. She was fine. She was safe. It was just a dream.

Override lay on her bench, pushing her feet against the wall that faced her. But still, she felt awful. As if someone kicked her when her puppy died. Lindsey almost died, then she did. But as far as she knew, they both survived.

She sighed and curled into a ball shape, her eyes sealing shut. As much as her friends made her mad, her fears shoved their way in her thoughts. The MECH agents were too gleeful as they sawed her torso open and removed her Energon pumps and poked at her Spark.

    Would they come back?

Silas did say they'd meet again. And how he'd enjoy sawing her head open again. She remembered how much they enjoyed poking at her brain. It hurt like mad, but they didn't do anything severe to her mind.

    Slap Slap Slap Slap Slap

Her eyes shot open. What was that? It sounded like boots. It wasn't MECH, was it? It only sounded like one person. Silas?

    Slap slap slap slap

They were getting closer. Oh so closer. Her room was on the very end, so it was heading her way. She hugged herself and told her it was a mouse or something.

    Slap slap slap slap

They stopped. At her doorway. She saw a human's shadow in the hallway's light. It wore a cloak, obvious by the shape. It was Silas, disguised to blend in. She sealed her eyes and hoped he would go away. Like she wasn't here.

    "Override."

The Autobot screamed in terror and shot up, falling off of her bench and slamming to the ground. She flopped like a fish, making unintelligible noises. She eventually shielded her head, trembling and whimpering. "Please don't take me." She said, trembling.

A hand fell on her arm.

    "Override."

The Autobot raised her head and saw Lindsey. Her face was confused, wondering why she was doing that. But her eyes show comfort and compassion.

She had her blanket over her head, which was the 'cloak'. The girl's bare feet were covered in mud, which made the slapping noise, not boots. She was also soaking wet, dripping rain water on the floor. Her blanket was relatively unscathed.

The Autobot was breathing hard, trying to recover from her little episode. "Are you okay?" Lindsey asked. "I didn't mean to scare you." Override sighed a breath of relief and sat up. "I'm fine." She said softly.

Lindsey set her blanket aside and walked up to Override. "Really, what's wrong?" She asked. Override sighed and looked away. Lindsey half-smiled and rubbed Override's pointed foot. "Go on." She said, pushing the Autobot.

"I thought you were Silas, okay?!" She snapped. Lindsey stepped back. "I'm afraid they'll come back for me, okay?" Override said, still shaking. Lindsey sighed and looked her friend in the eye. "They're done." She said coldly. "They aren't regrouping once the military takes over."

Override didn't seem to listen as she crawled back onto her bench. After a brief pause, the Autobot sighed. She glanced at Lindsey. "So what are you doing here?" She asked.

Lindsey closed her eyes and paced. "I really don't feel right in my house." She said. "I was wondering if you would let me sleep with you." Override's mind shouted yes. She wanted company. It made her feel safe, even when she was way taller.

    "Whatever."

Lindsey crawled onto the bench, her blanket trailing. She bundled herself into a ball, pressing against Override. She felt warm, despite her friend's cold metal feel. "Don't track mud on me." Override said. Lindsey covered herself with her blanket. "Okay." She said.

Override sighed and put her arm around Lindsey's balled up form, careful not to crush her. "Your friend came when you were still out. She carried you up to your room." Override said. Lindsey's eyes were sealed. "Yeah, she's cool." The girl muttered.

And with that, she was out like a light.

Override looked at the sleeping human beside her. She had never felt so close to someone before. A best friend. A partner. Sure her and Bluestreak were a pair, but Lindsey was a best friend.

Her old thoughts of fear turned to thoughts of happiness as she drifted off, into a dreamless shutdown.
    ________
"Hold still. This won't hurt a bit."

A Vehicon screamed as a dark shadow injected her with a needle. "Calm yourself. It'll be over soon." The voice said. The Vehicon panted, her pained areas throbbing. "BUTCHER!" She managed to scream.

The shadow chuckled and stepped into the light. Flatline's fierce face shown fully, his red eyes blazing. "I am helping." He said. The female Vehicon growled and tried to lunge at him, but her restraints held her down.

"I had a cut because of a knife trick I tried to do." She said. "I DON'T KNOW WHY THIS IS TAKING FOREVER!!!" Flatline typed on a console. "I'm making you better. More able to fight. More able to be handy."

The lights flashed fully, making the Vehicon blink. She looked at her body, and saw it wasn't changed. Her restraints promptly retracted, and she sat up. Rubbing her wrists, she looked at Flatline. "What IMPROVEMENT?" She asked, annoyed.

Flatline grinned. "It'll come in handy." He said. The Vehicon looked around her body, seeing nothing. About to ask Flatline again, someone tapped her on the shoulder. She looked to see a random arm. Who's was it?

    She shrieked.

"Why do I have three arms?" She asked, looking at Flatline. The medic cackled and bared his teeth. "Like I said. It'll come in handy."

"Are you CRAZY?!" She asked, frantic. Flatline pulled a diagram of an arm. "A third arm will help you with many tasks. Including the about to wield three guns, hold three things at once, or even flirt."

The Vehicon scowled, her new arm tapping her head. "That'll sure come in handy." She said. Flatline grinned and waved. "Excellent. I'm glad you see the humor in it. Now leave. The doctor is out."

The Vehicon trembled as she walked out of his office, her new arm slapping her back.

Flatline chuckled and shoved the medical table into a corner, ignoring the Energon spilled everywhere. He whistled, tossing the Energon-soaked cloths to the side.

He turned and walked out the door, into the main infirmary. The hallways were sprawling and dark, which is an improvement. "Keeping all beds empty." He said proudly.

But one bed remained filled. The bed that contained the still damaged Devcon. His Energon lights pulsed, indicating his alive/dead state. Even Flatline found him creepy.

He stopped at the foot of the medical bed and watched the thing. It wasn't Cybertronian. Definitely not. But nobody knew what exactly he was. Flatline didn't.

The medic narrowed his eyes at the thing. He should pull the plug on it. There was just something about it that made him feel weird. It's elongated arms weirded him out.

But something made him pull back. It wasn't his business to do so. But then the creepy beak moved. The gears spun and the teeth clattered. Words emitted from its mouth. Ancient words. Flatline couldn't understand any of it, save one.

    Unicron.

Eventually, the thing quieted. The room was back to being quiet. Flatline stared at him carefully, but hurried off, trying to forget what just happened.
    __________
A few hours later, Rodimus sighed and smiled at the rising sun. The bleak weather was passing, as the black clouds moved easy. The bright yellow ball illuminated the area, giving light to the trees and grass.

The Prime walked forward, the cold morning air on his face. Mud sloshed under his feet, dampened by the pounding rains. He smiled as birds fluttered, singing their songs. He'd never say it to her face, but he found nature more beautiful than Red Alert herself.

A bluebird flew down, and watched Rodimus from a tree branch. The Prime's green eyes flashed, studying the creature. As its black eyes stared, the Prime stuck his finger out.

The bird stared for a brief moment, but hopped onto the massive metal finger. It chirped and sang, much to the Prime's delight.

Then the noise came. A noise that droned out the chirping of the bird. The same bird panicked and flew away, fearful of the noise. Rodimus scowled and looked in the direction in which the noise came.

    Helicopters.

Jet black whirlybirds with missile racks on each side. Rodimus watched as it landed, a mere few feet away. Human soldiers came out, armed with their weapons. Behind them was the all-too familiar face of Fowler.

He tromped forward, through the mud. Rodimus looked down at him and cocked his head. "Good day, captain Rodimus." The man said, saluting him.

The Prime frowned. "What are you doing here?" He asked. Fowler stared up at the Cybertronian. "We are simply observing you and your team. We'll be practically invisible." He said.

Rodimus looked up at the helicopters and humans all around. The soldiers scrambled about, setting up tents and camps. It was his say. Definitely.

    "Uh, sure. Whatever."

The Human nodded. "Excellent." He said. He turned to the soldiers. "Get the radiation pumps out here!" He ordered. The Prime stared blankly as humans brought some weird device over.

They held up a hose-looking thing to Rodimus, and it started beeping like mad. Fowler wrote something down, and they took it away.

The Prime, still quiet, turned and walked back into the ship. Confused as ever, the Prime didn't even turn back.
    ________
Lindsey cowered in a prison cell. Shackles grasped her wrists and ankles, tight. She whimpered, trying to break free. The solid metal wouldn't budge.

She fell limp, giving up. After a second, she started sobbing. The teenager just couldn't take it. It was too much for her.

A cold feeling came on her shoulders. She looked up to see a dark shadow, its eyes blazing red. In its hand was a a large axe. She trembled, staring at the thing.

"No." She said softly. "I don't want to die!" She yelled, shaking and crying. The shadow towered over her, still cold and unloving. "Please. Let me go! I don't want to die!!" She repeated, pushing herself into the corner.

The shadow suddenly reached up and tugged its face. Lindsey's eyes widened as she saw the face beneath the shadow.

    Her dad.

He glared at her, his eyes blood red. "Daddy! Please don't!" She begged. Dylan remained cold, the axe still in hand. As the girl kept crying, Dylan's lips parted.

"You failed me, Lindsey. I thought you were my daughter, but you're just one of them."

He raised the axe high. Lindsey gasped shrilly, her scream caught in her throat. Despite the sorrow, Dylan brought the axe down.
    ___
Lindsey screamed as she shot up, awakening from her dream. She panted, swear pouring down her face. Her bangs stuck to her forehead, plastered by the sweat. Her T-shirt clung to her, bunched by her struggles.

She sighed and leaned back, trying to recover. Her blanket was on the floor, crumpled from earlier in the night. She sighed as her heart thumped, nearly ripping out of her chest.

Override was gone, the spit where she lay gone cold. Lindsey saw sunlight pouring in through the window on the north wall. Guess it was time to get up. Even though she wanted to stay and sleep. But her continuing nightmare kept her from doing so.
    ________
Red Alert stared out of the window, at the humans. She narrowed her eyes, disgusted. Behind her, Hoist typed on the ship's monitor. The usual.

"What are they doing here?" Red Alert asked, not paying attention to what Hoist was doing. The mechanic didn't seem to understand here fully. "Uh huh." He said. Then he laughed.

The Medic spun around and looked at him. "Are you paying attention?" She asked. The mechanic didn't look at her. "Whatever you say." He said.

Scowling, she tromped forward. She shoved him aside and looked at the screen. He was watching some video site with videos called 'groin shots 2013'. Hoist rubbed his elbow and looked at her. "What's your deal?" He asked.

The medic frowned and jut out her lip. "I want you to pay attention. Not ignore me." She said. Hoist uttered a throaty sigh and walked past him. "Yes, mom." He said sarcastically. Red Alert watched him go and scowled. Nobody listened to her.

She turned back around and watched the humans, her arms across her chest. They were a vile race. She didn't care before, but after the events in DC she hated them. Vile creatures. If she could, she'd rip all of them to shreds. Her purple eyes narrowed at them. She dug the fingers on her robot arm into her bicep.

She heard the door open behind her. She really didn't care who it was. A hand fell on her shoulder, and she knew. "I guess you saw our new visitors."

Red Alert sighed. "Yes. I have." Rodimus put both hands on her shoulders. "They kinda just showed up unannounced." He finished. The medic didn't respond.

"I don't know when they'll leave." He continued. Red Alert scowled, raising her upper lip. "I have a date set." She muttered under her breath. As they scrambled like ants, Red Alert still felt her anger. Rodimus' presence prevented her from doing anything about it, but she knew that could be fixed.

Defiantly. In more ways than one.

Okay, here's how it'll go down.

I am so ready to end this series and move on. I want to work on TFHome, a comic, video reviews, and another project. So I'll lengthen season two to put in the stuff from season 2-3 to wrap it up faster. Then we'll go further.

So if it wasn't obvious to tell, I'm done with this series. I'm just not the best writer ever. So here's what WAS going to happen.

    - Straxus was going to strike in the Mayan temple, because the Matrix would be powered there.
-Slipstream would kill Straxus when he tried to fuse the Matrix with his spark
-Kickback and Hardshell would duel for Insecticon leadership. Hardshell lost.
-Slipstream would have her split personality throughout the rest of the series
-Due to her nutjob rule, Kickback was going to join the Autobots, along with a band of Insecticons
-Gears and Bluestreak were going to join the main cast
-Gears was going to get mutated into Toxitron, thanks to Shockwave.
    -The Harbinger is Scorponok
-Dylan was going to infiltrate the Decepticons in a suit made from welded together bits of Hardshell and Vehicons
-The Cons would attack and destroy the Autobot base
-The ending would've had Skorponok in Chernobyl, trying to fuse his own spark (which had the Matrix in it). The consequences would be... explosive if he succeeded
-Swerve would sacrifice himself to plant a timebomb inside of the beast's spark
-Override and Bluestreak would stay on Earth to be a 'family' with Lindsey

    So yeah. That wasn't finished.
