Shattered Glass Beast Wars- Law of the Jungle.

Chapter 1- Welcome to the New World.

The light of the sun shone over the horizon, illuminating the ancient, abandoned ruins of Nu'Yok below. Thick green vines covered the very buildings, choking the very foundation. The roads were cracked, poisonous flowers sprouting from the undergrowth as they spewed poisonous pollen into the air. Life could not exist in these lifeless rocks.

Yet high above the city, a flock of large bats flew over the sprawling poisonous jungle. The flock's chieftain, a burly creature with a rat's skull as a helmet, scanned the area below. "By Krogar," he exclaimed, "the Father has blessed us this day. The Scaled Ones would never dare follow us here." Another bat, a skinny figure, looked over at their chieftain before he said, "Aye, chieftain Onyx. But tell me, what would be the goal of flying here away from our roost? There is foul sorcery here." Onyx scoffed before diving down into the city below. As he hung himself from a lamppost, he replied, "Nonsense, Leoric. You worry like a whelp. There is no sorcery that Allfather Krogar cannot protect us from. Now prepare for the hunt." At once, the tribal bats transformed to their robot forms, some of them using their beast mode skins as capes. Then, Onyx and his tribals began their descent into the heart of the abandoned city.

As the tribe of machines descended deeper into the cavern, Onyx Primal held his spear, ready to strike against any monster hiding in these caverns. But no monster came, even as they descended further into the maw of the undergrowth. Vines gave way to dull metal as Onyx felt a surge of energy burn through his circuitry. For a moment, Onyx collapsed on one knee, a hint of energy crackling around his arm. It was gone in a second, as he rose to reassure his subordinates. "Hah! Try as they might, these so-called ghosts cannot harm Krogar's children." Confident that their God would watch over them, Onyx kept moving down the tunnel. Suddenly, he stopped when a marvellous sight beheld his optics.

Displayed before them was an underground chasm glowing with energy. Onyx felt a strange omen sweep over him. A second tribesman tried to escape but a third tribesman, a young whelp, killed him in cold blood, greed alit in his eyes afore he slashed at Onyx. Once Onyx was knocked off-balance, the Whelp pressed his spear into his leader's chest before he made his intentions clear. "That energy is a sign. A sign that Krogar favours change in leadership." Onyx turned before facing the Whelp. For a moment, he seemed calm. Then, just as the whelp prepared to strike a killing blow, Onyx's claw whipped around the traitor's neck before he gripped tightly. Onyx snarled before pulling him over the abyss. "Krogar favours the strong, Whelp. You, a traitorous, weak child...shall only lead the departed embers of the damned! Now....fall. Fall and die!" All of a sudden, the whelp found himself plummeting into the abyss below, helpless as his life ebbed away.

'Diagnostics: Subject online. Commencing Reformatting Process.' Slowly, the Whelp's optics opened. As his sight adjusted itself to the dark, he looked around to find himself sealed inside a metallic chamber. But before he could ask any questions, a purple light flashed in his optics, blinding him. "Ahk! Allfather Krogar, spare me!" His body writhed in pain as as mechanical voice spoke. 'Observation: Subject is not cooperating with the Reformatting procedure....Interesting. Both organic and mechanical components of Subject are tightly interwoven into Subject's skeletal structure. Conclusion: Continue Shock Therapy until Subject is properly restrained.' Again, a sudden electrical shock surged through the Whelp's exoskeleton, helpless as the chamber began ripping the organic tissue from his body. Then, the voice spoke again as the Whelp's body fell limp, "Excellent. Subject is pacified. Beginning Reformatting Proper." Piece by piece, the chamber's mechanical arms began to dismantle the Whelp, before taking his laser core and building a new frame around it.

Eventually, the CR Chamber opened, revealing a heavily armoured black and orange cybertronian. Once the newborn machine walked out of the CR Chamber, the computerised voice spoke. "Welcome to the world of the Living, Subject C-01." A holographic image soon materialised in front of the now reborn Whelp, before it introduced itself. "I am Teletraan I-a highly advanced Artificial Intelligence program from Old Cybertron, programmed to reclaim this wretched planet in the name of the Autobot Cause. I am also your creator, your master and...your God. You should thank me. For now, no longer are you crippled by the accursed Organic Form that betrayed you, nor your obsolete primitive instincts. You are now the first to witness the birth of a New Maximal Empire." Now aware of what had been done to him, the rebuilt Whelp gripped his fist tightly, his optics flashing in satisfaction as Teletraan I kept speaking. "Now awaken, Optimus Primal. Awaken and claim New Cybertron for your master." The machine opened its' optics before bowing at the feet of a holographic image, only to speak with a cold, mechanical tone. "I...I am yours to command."
