Prologue:

"Once, we lived on Cybertron, a shining beacon of peace, home of the Cybertronians. But mistakes and selfish desires split the planet's inhabitants in two: The Autobots, and the Decepticons. The Autobots stood for freedom, while the Decepticons wanted only conquest."

"The ensuing war ravaged Cybertron, and caused the Great Shutdown. Over the course of the war, our artifacts, energon, supplies and anything else salvageable was jettisoned into space toward planets that were in the old Cybertronian Colony databanks."

"My team of Autobots, Team Firestorm, were one of the last groups to leave Cybertron and travel to the planet called...Earth."

"Bumblebee, our scout, Grimlock, our brawler, Rodimus and Mirage, our warriors, Jetfire, our scientist and battle expert, and myself, Optimus Prime, leader of the Autobots, and of our team."

"We were seeking refuge on Earth, but fate had more in store for us. On our flight from Cybertron, we were pursued by the leader of the Decepticons, Megatron. With him, he brought his second-in-command Starscream, warriors Skywarp, Ramjet, and Astrotrain, as well as the Constructicons, a fearsome team of five Decepticons that can combine to form Devestator."

"Upon our arrival on Earth, we raged our battle anew. Team Firestorm stands in defense of the people of Earth, while Megatron and his Decepticons try to destroy us and conquer Earth."

"We gained a small reprieve when Starscream betrayed the Decepticons, taking some loyal troops with him as well as leaving the Decepticons in disarray. We don't know when they'll return, but we are ready."

"We have met new allies on Earth, the inhabitants, humans. Specifically, a group of six very special humans: two adults, and four teenagers:

Multi-millionaire Aaron Lawson; bio-genetically modified William Cassel and his daughter Skylar; athlete Cade Knight; computer expert Vince Drexel; and finally, the one who first met us, and an excellent mechanic, and a brave warrior in her own right: Kara Traynor."
