Hi, and welcome to the TFW2005 Fiction Tracker!


Since there are a loft of fics to go around, this thread is for people to post links (and brief synopses, perhaps) of the various fiction works they may have posted here at 2005.

Of course, some authors may add new fics later on - so instead of adding a new post with each new fic, I'd ask that the pre-existing post (if any) created by the author in question be updated instead.


Whether the fic in question is a long or short fic, in its own dedicated thread or mixed with others, the details can be listed appropriately.

So, you could have an entry for a

*Long/Fiction Piece (Currently at part whatever)

and/or one for

*This other work I cooked up one time (which is at part something or other)

And/or maybe even

*An anthology thread (Story 1, Story 2, etc...)


Below, I use my own works as examples:


Long Fiction


*Fate/Trans Form

Universal Stream designator: Primax 307.23 Iota (Provisional)

Summary: In a universal stream merging elements from both the Type-Moon and Transformers settings, a dramatic end to the Fifth Heaven's Feel sparks the onset of a new era.

Status: Finished (first draft, at least) - with 16 parts, 2 side stories, 1 Mosaic piece, the short works Oni and The Call of Fate, and an Epilogue, all found in the same thread.

This story will be continued in the work Fate/Trans Form: The Era of Consequence.



Short Fiction


*Transformers Redemption: Worlds Distant

Universal Stream designator: Primax 1103.01 Iota (based on Draven's designation for the timeline)

Summary: Set in Draven's TF: Redemption timeline, this story looks at some of the survivors from the fall of Earth, as they try to play a role in the Nebulan society they have slowly come to know as home.. and recognise, all too well, as their last hope.

Status: Currently at Part 1.


*Nerroth's Thread for Random Stuff

Universal Stream designator: Varies

Summary: A collection of one-shots and other stories from various times and places.

Status: (sporadically) ongoing... ish.


*Guardians and Renegades: Classics

Universal Stream designator: Unknown at present

Summary: An attempt to portray a certain set of bio-mechanoid life-forms, caught in the midst of a galaxy-spanning war which has found purchase on their embattled homeworld.

Status: Currently at part 4, but not likely to be updated any time soon.

Long Fiction

Lithium

Universal Stream Designator: Primax-Malgus 409.26 Iota.

Summary: In similar fashion to the G1 bots, the Autobots and Decepticons have awoken from a four million year crash-induced slumber to a new age and an organic planet covered with intelligent life. The question is, are the inhabitants dangerous? What does their military have in store for the aliens? And what happened to Cybertron?

Status: Currently at Chapter Four, or Five, if you include the prologue.

It would be handy to include links to each of your fics in your post - either just cut and paste the URL in question, or provide a hotlink.

Again, if you have many fics, I'd ask to list them all in the one post, and to edit your post as you add more, rather than keep adding new posts. This thread is stickied, so it's not going anywhere - make the most of your post!

Also, if you want to work out a designator for your fic/s, the relevant info is at this link - though of course such designators are strictly optional.

Long Fiction

*Transformers: Another Universe

Universal Stream Designator: Primax 509.21 Iota

Summary: Every story begins somewhere. Another Universe begins with two New Iacon Academy of Arts and Sciences students stepping into the larger universe as they embark on their Appointment to the Autobot Forces.
Autobot City, Earth awaits for them, as does their basic training. Will they rise to the challenge and what unforeseen challenges await them?

At least... I'd call it long fiction. Might be Anthology as I plan on doing a "series" for T:AU

Also, I'm not sure what the numbers after the point are. Like the 0 in 984.0.

well in the "universal stream" parlance, they're the record numbers for the specific universe. in the real world, they're the first time said fic or what not has been seen/published

mine 509.21 is May (5) of 09 the .21 is because I posted my first chapter on the 21st ^_^

kinda like a Stardate for Trek stuff the way things are possitioned with month/year.day

I'm guessing the .0 is because they don't know the exact day

0 is if you don't know the day in the month the work originates from, otherwise you'd put the day after the dot, as noted above.
