Just think of it like this, if Xenovoid is the movie/book, and After Extinction is the sequel, then Slag is the prequel, meant to tell the backstories of the characters in both of my RP fanfics, this is the first Fanfiction I am writing that is not for role playing, I would like feedback and I appreciate any characters that anyone suggests to add in. Any other Xenovoid/After Extinction writers are free to tell the Xenovoid universe backstories of their characters. One rule if you choose to do so, just make sure the title is the name of the character you are currently writing about.
Gonna release a bio or two, The Creator; an incomprehensible and overall sparkless bot, experiments with building other bots for the scrap of it occasionally sells his bots into lives as gladiators when he's short on funds, he does however leave his unfortunately rejected bots to fend for themselves on the hard, metal, streets of Cybertron. Slag; The Creator's biggest reject, and as such was never given a name. He was tragically disowned and left on the streets with no chance of survival. This being said, he has never had the Stellarbit needed to activate his T-cog on him at once. He has tried time and time again to enter the Autobot ranks, never, however, being accepted into Auto-bootcamp...until now. He was also built without any plating whatsoever on his right forearm.
Page One, Chapter One: Slag Sentinel Prime, chief head of the Autobot Training efforts, is looking through recruit applications, trying to decide who was and who wasn’t worthy to join the noble Autobot ranks. He comes across the application of a fairly pathetic Bot who hopes on joining the camps, simply to find a name for himself, fight for something that he truly believes in, and die on the battlefield. “Nancy?” “Yes, sir?” “Have you seen this Bot?” “Yes I have, he’s not much for impressions and is terribly useless to any cause,” “And why is that, Nancy?” “He can not transform,” “But why can’t he?” Nancy looks at her datapad before answering, “It says here he can’t pay for his T-cog to get activated,” “Nancy,” Sentinel simply stares at her, a concerned look in his eyes. “Yes, boss?” “Should Bots be judged by the Cyberbits in their wallets, the quality of their plating…or by the goodness of their spark?”
Page Two, Chapter One: Slag A bot is walking down the street, looking for someone who will hopefully become their future comrade, they see the Bot…and pity him apon sight, they shake his shoulder in an attempt to awaken him, “Hey there, you look like you’ve had one heck of a night,” “Ugh,” He wakes up, “I did,” he wipes the energon off of his chin. “Here, take this,” he can’t help but give this bot some energon, he looks like he hasn’t had any in Megacycles. “Thanks,” he sips it slowly, in hopes of savoring every drop. “Sentinel Prime wanted me to give this to you,” he hands the weaker bot a cyberletter. He reads the letter, “Thank you, thank you so much…” He checks for the Elite Guard insignia and finds it, this letter is official. “Thank you, uhm, what did you say your name was again?” “I didn’t,” “Then what was it?” “Orion, Orion Pax, what’s yours?” “I don’t know yet, this is my first chance at getting one,” plugs one of his open wires back into his arm, “Much better,” bends his fingers, “Thank you, Orion,”
Page Three, Chapter One: Slag The street rat bot is now reporting to the camp he’s been assigned to. He is early, but his superior and commander, Anoi has already introduced himself to the other cadets. “You there, you are late,” “Actually sir, I am early,” “You were told to be here at 327 sharp,” “The time is currently 127, sir,” “Oh…twelve transform-ups for talking back” “I can not sir,” “And why is that?” “My T-cog has yet to be activated,” “Oh, great, Sentinel gave me an idle,” “Yes, sir, he did,” “You’ll even admit it, oh this is too good,” “As far as I know, you were idle until you gained this post,” Anoi is now whispering in a threatening tone, “Where did you get that information?” The cadet hands him his cyberletter, “Sentinel Prime, sir,”
