haha you start by cutting a deal with primus i believe... thanks for the compliment i will try... laughing sinister annoyed i don't think i quite got them right... it's hard to convey complex emotions with just a face and no body language X[
lol this gave me the idea of making some other face plates of other bots to put on predaking's face i just hope it doesn't hinder transformation.
bought 2 boxes of the ultimate kreon collection today and soundwave was in one. i was shocked to see no shoulder blaster but even more so, i can't seem to find any on shapeways or from WuLongTi or Tresob. so i decided to just do one for a little change of pace. Thanks for checking our shops! I do NOT want to have to compete with you! (I'd lose!) I do actually have a Soundwave shoulder cannon, but it is free standing (and it's part of my "Communication Major Upgrade" set). Kitbashers have their ways of jury-rigging parts to fit over the shoulder. But you are absolutely right, anyone who just wants the shoulder-cannon would definitely find your solution useful (and cheaper than buying my whole upgrade set).
Thanks! There's no way you'd lose! I did see your sound wave set but as you mentioned, I was specifically looking for the shoulder mounted cannon. Judging from the presence of the helmet, I'm guessing you made it long ago before hasbro officially released their own? I only got the Kreons because they came in a pack of 5, had most of the major characters and was pretty cheap. I don't see myself doing a lot of kreon stuff tho, you guys got that covered. On a side note, I notice stress marks on almost all of my Kreons right out of the box where the fist meets the arm. Mainly on the left hand. Is that normal?
The stress marks are, sadly, pretty typical. The plastic on these guys is really prone to it. The little nub on the hand's wrist has a tendency to put too much pressure on the wrist socket when you push it in. It happens with shoulders and hips as well. (As for Soundwave, Nexus Prime asked me to make a revised head. He felt the official head didn't look G1ish enough...so I obliged.) Anyway, I continue to be astounded by your Predaking upgrades. Really top-notch!
