There's a really big perspective problem on his rightside shoulder though, the cilindrical rotation part of the wings there go the wrong way giving the shoulder the impression to be bend right at the very edge of it. I mean you can look in the back and see the farside wing on the rightside of the other, yet at the same time you can see the front of the shoulder? If you can I suggest you edit the far most rightside shoulder bit out.
Other than that, it's pretty nice and detailed, just keep the perspective in check as ther are also a few places where you ignored pointperspective and the far side is larger than the nearest side. Nothing you can't fix in the future though, just keep in mind the further something is, the closer the lines should get together (even if just slightly).
Hope those crits help you Acid! (And darn I forgot to crit your Myth Megs! >.<")

Really appreciate the differing views and crits, as in the end, it gives this pre-med student a better idea of what to watch out for.
Hansime, as usual thanx for the in-depth critique (and no need to apologize for myth galvy...he's far from done !
As for the big head and weird position of it, I decided that the helmet design needed to look more like a lion's mane, hence the size and why it seems to be part of the torso (the neck is more like a ball joint in my mind in this case). In terms of the stockiness, that was more of a choice aesthetic to the original toy.
Hope that explains the method to my madness. I hope.
