sorry but since i hated skybite as a character(though i admit i always loved his shark mode) i must say...no(to skybite) and for ratchet, yes, i knew he was going to be female
and when red alert(armada) came out(his japanese name was ratchet) and well, that is why animated red alert was female...XD or just a really big coincidence
but really like your design though it is a little bizarre how she looks young and cheerful(not really but not mad at everything though) while ratchet (animated/prime) is an old cranky doctor

 

But it would be sooo easy to switch Arcee into Arty...it's practically begging for it...

 

but that would make too much sense. And where's the fun in that?
