Glad your back man! Your Rodimus pistols rock! You don't have to use wire. But it's cheap and easy to cut/file. 18 gauge solid strand cooper wire is almost a perfect 1mm diameter. If you keep the segments short the wire can be really strong. I've been abusing it for sometime and it really works well. I came up with a trapped axle using copper wire pins, also works really well.

How much bigger is Party Favor? It looks perfect already? Also, do you have a smaller version of Snack Cakes?
I undid the size increase on the party favor. I restored it's original measurements. As for the snack cakes, I don't have a smaller model. Looks nice!
