To go with Materpiece Soundwave art i have put
together the attached Masterpiece Buzzsaw artwork.

There are some bits which aren't accurate but on the whole
i think it came out ok.

Very cool, love the retro-box-art feel this has!

Thanks, :)  thats exactly what i was going for, I was a huge Fan of the G1 Boxart
when i was a kid and have been trying to replicate the style for as long as i
can remember, still not quite there yet but i think moving in the right direction.

So far i've done a few Retro Style Boxarts for newer transformers/non-transformers:
    These Are:
    Masterpiece Soundwave:

    V2 Draconis130 on deviantART
    Hercules - Not Devastator:

    G2 Bruticus: Draconis130's deviantART Gallery
And various others. i always upload high resolution pics to my deviant art
account so if you want to have a look at these in higher resolution feel free
to pop along and have a look :

    Thanks for looking - Paul

Continuing on with my attempts at generating G1 style Boxarts for the
Masterpiece cassettes.... next up is Rumble, this is the very early line-art
for the pic so some things will defnitely change before this gets finished.

But i gives an idea of the blocking out and the general shape of the pic

I missed Laserbeak. I think I like him more than Buzzsaw. That red just pops. Can't wait to see Rumble done.

Thanks Wombat King, i made a few adjustments to Laserbeak's
colouring to make it slightly more than just a straight recolour of Buzzsaw,
funnily enough though, everyone who's seen them seems to prefer Laserbeak.

Personally i've always had a soft spot for Buzzsaw, probably as this was one of my first ever transformers back in 1984.

Rumble is progressing albeit slowly - here's an update
