I haven't used Blender, but that was the other program I forgot to mention. I've heard good things, just haven't explored it much. I'd also check out Modo and Softimage XSI if so inclined. I went to school at the Art Institute of California: San Francisco and received a BS in Game Art & Design. At this point in time I wouldn't recommend going there. There are so many other resources available out there that are so much cheaper and relevant if you're motivated enough to teach yourself.

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate your contributions to this board. You continually offer much insight to other artists that is professional and helpful (even if some aren't thick-skinned enough to take it). You really create some wonderful artwork, and this is a great example. It's been an absolute pleasure of ours to showcase you and your artwork here. I hope we continue to see more of the same
