I'll dredge up the Autopedia entry I wrote for him as well. The class of alternate mode is a "Switchback" Roadster. Main visible robot kibble is his hands and feet (both are near the wheels; the spoiler is the feet and the hand will be blatantly obvious)

Welcome to Iacon Archives Autobot Designate: **********
    Searching for file A/S 12-94-04.78
Loading Autopedia for Autobot Designate: Turbocharger
    Biography:
Turbocharger lives up to his name. Through a combination of quick thinking, reflexes, and tactical skill, he has managed to successfully command Autobot Company Designate: Free Spirits [LINK: Free Spirits Company] in over 200 battles with only twelve fatalities. However, due to his overbearing and perfectionist nature, 12.78% of the company has deserted or otherwise left. Of that 12.78%, 34.56% have turned traitor, 45.44% have become neutrals, and the remaining 20% have gone on to serve in other Autobot companies. Quick-witted and fast on his feet, Autobot Designate: Turbocharger is a friendly, if morbid at times, mechanoid. Having taken interest in squads such as the Wreckers and the Special Teams, he works to improve his Company to their levels. While at times sullen, his ability to adapt on the fly manages to counterbalance his occasionally neurotic tendencies. While overbearing, he has an innate sense of empathy that helps him work his troops through rough patches.

    Abilities:
Turbocharger uses a modified set of subsonic repeaters as his weapons of choice. Now set to overclock faster, these SMG can work as weapons to either disable or euthanize [NOTE: Turbocharger has gone on record to state that he never kills with these weapons and only Euthanizes with them. He has also stated that he only kills with his hands] Decepticon forces. His hands are specially modified to work as buzzsaws, which can cut through most forms of armor, provided it isn't too thick, in seconds, and in minutes to break through thick armor. He is equipped with Intelligence much higher than his vocal patterns sometimes suggest. Due to being addicted to several Strategy and Action-Adventure games, he has a special quantum computer similar in nature to Perceptor or Prowl installed in his neural-net.

    Weaknesses:
Turbocharger’s manic, perfectionist ways backfire on him. Also, his overbearing nature grates against his empathy, causing him to occasionally resent himself. His subsonic repeaters, if used too often, will overload and ruin his arms until repaired. Associated with them, his hands/saws, if crushed or otherwise maimed, will seveerly overload his processor, causing him to black out and awake in a feral frenzy.

    History:
Turbocharger was forged as a much larger being, but somewhere during the process, his protoform split, creating him and his Spark-Twin sister. As he grew during the Golden Age, he was an artist, both painter and poet. His works attracted those with similar morbid curiosities, and is rumored to have affected several well-known Decepticons. When he graduated Crystal City’s Art and Technology Institute, he was under the radar. After graduation, he spent most of his time low-key, and busy working on murals and poetry. When the Decepticons tried to draft him, he fought them off and went to Iacon. There, he met several of his life-long friends, as well as taking several others with him.
He began military training shortly after he was declared fully matured. It was here that he began testing games from one of his friends, and showed the signs of low-grade tactical intelligence. After completing his Training, he was offered into the Elite Guard Reserve Officer’s Cadre, where he earned three-bar wings of honor. Still staying low-key, some of his greater accomplishments were being one of the six brainchildren behind the Free Spirits, saving Orion Pax’s life during the First Siege of Iacon, saving the EGROC from a Traitor during the Shadow Crucible, and serving as the Navigator of the Ark.
After Autobot High Command set up its new headquarters in Citadel Space, he broke off with the Free Spirits and became a renegade tactician, roaming the stars, looking for groups of Autobots to help.

Function: Tactician/Organizer (pre-war Painter and Sculptor; his poetry was a side-project)
    Technical Specifications:
    Rank: 7
    Endurance: 7
    Courage: 10
    Skill: 8
    Firepower: 5
    Strength: 6
    Speed: 8
    Intelligence: 8

Technically the bio is for my fan 'verse, but I can edit the entry to have it fit the IDW 'verse.

May someone please give criticism for the design? The white 1x1 tiles are where his autobadges are (the Free Spirits logo is white, like how the Wrecker's logo is blue).

I kinda like it. The rear's pretty dragster-y, and the front has a dash of Bat-Tumbler. Reminds me a bit of BM Mirage's rear wheels, too. Overall, it works pretty well.

The only thing that bugs me form when I built it is the grill, but I couldn't find a way to streamline it.

I didn't even notice the tumbler element at all. It was just how I pictured a rage-filled Autobot who turned into a speedster would look.

Even though the bio doesn't mention his rage. It has everything to do with the Shadow Crucible, which is a key event in the backstory I'm weaving for my personal canon.
